First time coming to this store and Trace gave us the best customer service you could ask for. He was so informative on everything we had questions about and did a fabulous job helping us. We'll definitely keep coming back for our dog and cat needs for sure! Thanks Trace!

The manager at this location is so rude and disrespectful. Placed an online order and never received an email that it was ready. I called the next day only to be told items were out of stock. Easy fix, I said just remove them from my purchase. That done, I was still charged the same. I called for assistance in correcting my payment and Noreen was rude and argumentative. She told me I would have to come in, cancel my order, then repurchase everything in store. All while talking over me and somehow blaming this on myself, corporate and a weekend sale. I finally just requested my order be canceled in full and I will be spending my money elsewhere.

Nice clean store, they have lots of different kinds of food for cats, dogs, birds, and fish. They also have cats that need good homes for adoption. Lots of cute toys also. Staff is friendly.

I love how they have the cheapest priced cat litter around and even beats Amazon for a 50# bag for $15.00 and this is tidy cat. They also have a lot of name brand cat food canned and dry on sale cheapest around.

Ferett had runny poop all in the cage. The kittens had old poop and litter in the box from when we were there a few days prior. Workers just stand around talking to each other until you walk by, and then they ask if you need help but go right back to talking to each other. They do have plenty of food and supplies for aninals, and they are closer than petsmart.

Came here to pick up cat food and blood worms. Luckily they had both!
Alex helped me all the way to my car, thankfully because I'm injured.
Very pleasant shopping experience today. The Store looked well stocked and the employees were engaging and helpful.
I was told that they match Amazon so I will be getting my cat food here from now on. I just hope the keep it stocked!!
The fish tanks look very well maintained, but quite overcrowded. I've never seen bad tanks here yet. My khuli loaches I bought here five years ago are still alive!!!
They have a very nice selection of fish. Lots of hard to find fish and amphibian food. They even carry hornworms!!!! I do like this better than Petsmart. Their fish are WAY better cared for here at Pet Supplies Plus.

I've been shopping here for the last eight months and I have found high quality dog food on clearance with an excellent price point. Not every time, but enough to keep me coming back. They also have a nice dog washing station and I just got my baby's nails trimmed for only right dollars. So happy to have found them little gem of a pet store!!

I love taking my 4 dogs here for their baths and extra attention from the staff. Everyone is very good with my large "aggressive breed" dogs. They even call them by name. The self-serve dog wash is elevated, so no back pain or sore knees from getting down low. They provide aprons, towels, blow dryers, treats, scrub brushes, and several different soap options. It feels like we are visiting family each time we go in. I highly recommend this store and each employee there!
