The clothing appears to be good quality by their online images, and the price point would make any frequent boutique shopper feel confident purchasing from the website. But what you see is FAR from what you get here. The overall quality, color, fabric, fit (structure of the item) is awkward and just off. YOU pay for returns. They offer NO refunds, just store credits...seems like a win-win, but for who?

I'm always a bit leery of online retailers, but my experience with Ruthie Grace has been top notch from the beginning. I ordered a beautiful dress for an upcoming event but it turned out to be a size too small. Upon realizing they were sold out of the next size up online, I emailed to see how likely it was that they would get a new shipment in. They were not only super responsive, but they actually went out into their storefront and pulled the size I needed, which was also the last one they had in that size, and shipped it to me. It fits perfectly and is so well made and a great quality design. I highly recommend Ruthie Grace and will definitely be a frequent visitor to their website for future purchases. Thank you, ladies, for being so helpful and providing such excellent customer care!

Customer service is always great! I love the clothes but I think my favorites are the dresses you have.

The clothes look very cute online but looked terrible on sadly. Can be really difficult with a long torso and tall body. While I understand their return policy, I think it’s ridiculous that I just had to pay $13 to return items that I only get a store credit for. So if I try to buy items again with my store credit and they don’t fit or look good, I may be trapped into spending another $13+ just to return it. I just don’t feel like I should take on that cost because by chance their clothes weren’t suited for my body.

I will not purchase anything else from this store because of their return policy. You can not not receive a refund but have to get a credit from their store. Their clothes were not true to size and did not fit me so what am I left to do.

I’m not 100% sold on Ruthie Grace yet but I’m willing to give it another try. I wear a size 9 sneaker but I think their shoes run small. Unfortunately, there was no return allowed. I do like the shoes; they’re super cute just very tight. I would order again in a size 10 to see if that helps.

I don’t know how to spell her name but Brittany was such an amazing help when I was shopping it was hard to feel confident and she was there for me no matter what! Thank you Brittani you made my experience so special! I got a purple crop top with thumb wholes! It also had an open back. It was such a beautiful piece I didn’t expect to find it! (Sorry I can’t spell)

Good luck with exchanges or returns. Sale = final sales and you can not exchange or return. I ordered a cute dress through their instagram and I wanted to exchange for something else since I know this style dress would never fit well for my body type. In the packing slip it was stamped with "final sale" which was not indicated anywhere when I purchased online. Sale should never be the same as Final Sale and if so it should be indicated while purchasing. I understand Sale items being exchanges only and Final Sale as no exchange or refund, but Sale the same as Final Sale is just unacceptable and irritates people that order online. I'm not asking for refund, but rather exchange for a dress that doesn't fit well.

The quality of the clothes and shoes is horrible. The clothes look nothing like they do in the pictures. The clothes look like they were made in China with a huge markup on their end. You cannot return any of the clothes once you purchase. I put two pieces in the wash in gentle and they ripped after one wash. This is not a boutique in anyway

Clearance items are total junk. Spent $100 and got oddly sized clothes, strings and fraying on items, just real junk. Asked for a refund, I know they say final sale but I expected these would be functional clothes-they said no. Don’t waste your time, even clearance you won’t get garage sale quality and it is way overpriced. Not happy.

I was really looking forward to shopping at Ruthie Grace; however, I was disappointed. Online, there are several items not displayed in the store and we were greeted then were treated as if we didn’t matter. We took a shoe from the shelf, stood in front of the counter where I can only assume this person was a manager or owner. She was standing behind the counter on her phone, as we stood directly in front her waiting to be acknowledged to get a size in the shoe. We then walked away and turned to look for another associate. The associate was helping another customer walked towards us with a blank stare and walked away. It is 100% okay to be helping someone, but saying “give me just a second” or “hang on I’ll get ____ to help you” let’s customers know they’re acknowledged. I put the shoe back because I won’t spend money there. I can’t help but think it was the way we were dressed, because every other customer was “dressed up.” Which is comical, guess I’ll be spending my money back at my usual stores, Nordstrom and Chanel. Do better. 2 stars because the clothes look cute.
