Told me they would do what I asked for and after 5 minutes told me they didn't have time for it. I pointed out errors they made and they tried to correct it by putting more polish on. We agree I would only pay half and they ran my card for the full amount. Contacted my bank for a return.

The place has the rudest employee. I stopped by for a pedicure. And only one man there getting a manicure. She said she was busy. I asked if I could wait and she said NO she is busy with him. I offered to wait but she said no. This is not the first time. I mean it's not like I'm asking for free service and to me she takes it personal. I will not waste my time again.

This was my first time going to this place on August 8th I went in to do a full set I had got French tips they didn’t even have the white powder so all she did was put the white tip on and cover it with clear powder and it’s only been a week since I got them done and they already coming off !!!! I don’t know the lady name that did them but I do not recommend this place

I have been going to Thuy for years. I drive over 20 miles to get my nails and pedicures there, been though Im surrounded by nail salons in the Woodlands. My mom also went to Thuy for over 20 years, prior to her passing. I recommend highly. Great work and pricing is very reasonable. It worth the gas $$$ even at $5 a gallon! Ask for Thuy ( twee). She's the owner and is the best!

Great service, delightful staff,they even make house calls as needed for handicap, senior clients that I know about.have been coming to this shop at least 15 years.Prices great,they do more than just fingers and toes.

They are very nasty, they put the equipment on floor then try. to use on your feet or skin.I have also watch them put several ppl feet in a crock pot for the hot wax. Without changing the wax out . The towels they use on ppl they stink and smell like mildew

I dropped in with my brother for a Pedicure and brow and lip wax.1st. I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted for my toes. Light pink polish with a thin white tip color.She did thick white tip with no pink at all. I asked where the pink was and then she put it on but it looks tacky. The whole nail isn't covered with pink cuz she was trying not to mess up the white tip she already put on there.... But the real biggie....The water for my Pedicure was so dang hot that it turned my skin red....I told them it was hot. She said give it time, it will cool down. I couldn't understand why she couldn't let some of that hot water out and replace it with cool water so it wouldn't have to be so dang hot.Moving on to my brow and lip wax.... she started with my brow and that was fine. Then she moved to like my temple area. I thought this is weird but maybe she saw some hair there that I never noticed and needed to be removed, an extension of the brow possibly. I thought hmm they are giving me a treat. But before I knew it she was going further down my face along the sides....At this time I knew something wasn't right but I also couldn't make them stop bc it would not be even on both sides of my face. Ultimately she waxed my entire face except my forehead. I have never heard of such a thing. My face was on fire ?. It was soooooo red and it stayed red. Today is the day after and my face is still red plus it has bumps all over my face. And it hurts a little to touch them. And it's itchy but I'm trying not to scratch my face. And my face is oily. She had put a lot of product on my face after the waxing and now my face is oily. I have never in my life had oily skin. My issue is usually dry skin. I didn't even ask for a full face wax, I never even heard of it before yesterday. But they sure charged me for one. I posted pics under the photo sections. It won't be hard to figure out which pictures are mine.Also they have roaches there. I think they possibly live at their business. It certainly appears that way anyway.On the bright side, my brother loved his Manicure and Pedicure.

The place doesn't look like the picture. the ladies were nice but I am not a happy person.She left them too wide and she didn't bust them they just look weird awkward but overall they were cheap $25 that's what I get for the price LOL

10/10 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My mom and I went here and both got mani pedis and loved it. The ladies there were so sweet and I can't speak highly enough of this nail salon. This place is truly a hidden gem!
