“Waterpoint Shopping Center is so much more than a shopping center—it’s one of Lake Conroe’s true waterfront destinations. Owned by Scott Gordon and beautifully situated directly on the lake, Waterpoint brings together great food, local businesses, professional offices, residential living, live entertainment, and some of the best views in the area.
There is genuinely something here for everyone. You’ll find Fajita Jacks, Monty’s Lighthouse, Benny & Hash, Petite Suzette, Akashi Sushi, CVS, Starbucks, and my personal favorite, Pop & Swirl—which I have already written a smashing review about because, well, it’s freaking amazing. There are also numerous other offices and businesses throughout the property, along with commercial rental space available for anyone looking to establish a business in this beautiful waterfront location.
Waterpoint even includes an entire condominium complex overlooking the lake. It is fully enclosed behind tall fencing, gated, and incredibly secure, giving residents both privacy and gorgeous waterfront views while keeping them connected to everything the center has to offer.
Several of the restaurants offer patio seating directly on the water, and there is a boardwalk where you can walk along the lake and enjoy the view. One of the coolest features is the boat docking, which allows people to arrive by boat, Jet Ski, or other watercraft and step right into everything Waterpoint has to offer. The courtyard area also hosts live music on select nights, adding another layer of energy and community to an already wonderful place.
Yes, parking can sometimes be tight—but that’s because everyone has a reason to want to be there. Whether you’re stopping in for coffee, grabbing lunch with a friend, enjoying a waterfront dinner, listening to live music, visiting one of the offices, picking up a prescription, or arriving straight from the lake, Waterpoint makes an ordinary outing feel like an experience.

Waterpoint is beautiful, convenient, welcoming, and completely unique to the Lake Conroe lifestyle. It isn’t simply a place to shop. It’s a place to live, work, gather, eat, relax, celebrate, and enjoy the water, and, honestly our little community is incredibly fortunate to have it.
There is also Waterpoint Marino which I know nothing about except to say that it is very secure so the boats housed there are not accessible from the boardwalk which is great. Super expensive boats kept here including houseboats. Side note: the people living here have great dogs too. Several of the restaurants accommodate dogs on their patios. 🐶🐶🐶”
