Do not go here. The staff will try to talk you into doing everything in the store versus online. I was basically told the online pricing is a lie because it offered a better promotion than was available in the store. They also told me "in stock" orders can take days to complete. In other words, they don't want you do order online. The manager acts like a con artist. I absolutely WILL NEVER visit this store again. I completed the order online using the promotion and it was ready at the Conroe store within an hour. I filed a formal complaint with T-Mobile. I hope they retrain these employees or shutdown this store. They are a joke. If you live in this area, go to a Conroe store.

This T-Mobile facility is horrible. The customer service is full of un professional individuals especially Karan. Due to their sarcastic attitude I have moved all my business accounts and personal accounts to Pure Talk. Rates are 1/2 as much and they are a true veteran supporter. Don’t waste your money at this facility or their employees..

I never write bad reviews but this location has had me tearing my hair out and really made me think about leaving tmobile after almost 18 years. I've wasted an entire tank of gas going to this location to return a phone THE SAME DAY I BOUGHT IT but no manager was in staff. THREE separate 35 minutes plus trips to this location, (I tried calling before the journey but nobody would pick up either) 4 hours wasted on the phone and I STILL HAVE THIS STUPID PHONE.

Erin O. Store 232E saved my nonprofit organization.We are 2300miles from home. Our internet box power cord broke at a event shutting down our system. Called Erin at T mobile- she had spare power cord. Saving the week, got us up and running again. Fast, friendly and professional service.

By far the worst tmoblie store.. avoid going to this one and avoid dealing with Micheal or Mike... instead of selling cell phones he should be selling used cars by the tactics he uses. He will promise you that your bill I won't change or that you won't have to pay anything extra until you see your first bill and realize he played you for a fool. I had to return a galaxy watch because I was told I didn't have to add a phone line to buy it through Tmoblie until I saw it on my bill... meaning that Mike/ Micheal added a line on my account.. still dealing with the headache that is this store.. management seriously needs to get rid of this guy and better train people. I'll be making a formal complaint to Tmoblie about this store and about this person. Don't go to this store.. your wallet will thank you

I’m emotionally and mentally distraught by how an employee of this TMobile treated me based on the employee’s customer service. This is something I feel I must now continue to speak up about and can’t be silent. Implicit bias does in fact lead to discrimination which is something I never thought I would be a victim. When you work in customer service there’s a level of professionalism that one must sustain. No customer should ever be treated differently based on their sex, race, gender or socioeconomic status. Last night, behavior and comments was detrimental to my health. I will not go back to this store and will advocate against implicit bias and discrimination because who knows how many or more people will be treated like this from TMobile in Montgomery, Texas.Now, after reading some reviews I observe I’m not alone. I’m sure there are many others who may have the same experience but did not speak up because of the state in left them.

I have been there twice in the last month and customer service was horrible both times. Some MAJOR employee training is severely needed. The most recent time I wasn't even greeted or acknowledged at all. I waited my turn for about 20 minutes, then another customer walks in and was IMMEDIATELY helped. I couldn't believe it! I really hope the manager/owner reviews the surveillance videos to see what is happening at this store. I will never step foot in there again. No one should be spoken to as I was on both visits.

This store is a joke. Manager is a terrible communicator and fails to follow-up or deliver on promises. I have been in contact with the store for over a month now regarding credits-after they botched our first transaction, resulting in installment payments over the phones rather than paying them off at once.I am paying for THEIR mistake, and the issue still has not been resolved. The lack of professionalism starting with their own staff incorrectly implementing payment (and discount) procedures, all the way to taking weeks to handle a simple issue and repeatedly failing to communicate when or if the problem will be resolved. At this point, I will likely have to contact customer care or file a complaint to corporate. Disappointing.

So, I went in to get roaming since I'll be in other country. And this color guy ( maybe Manger) refuses to help us. I ask to buy a new phone and he refuses again ? I did call corporate office and reported him, he didn't have a name tag and didn't give his name. I ask for a manager and he didn't say anything, so it makes me think that he is the manager. You can tell that he's done this many times, asking people to leave or he'll call the cops. He told us to leave and he refuses to give us service. So I ask him where does it say that he can refuses service ? No where!? Just LAzy

If I didn't have Consolidated internet, I wouldn't be able to use my phone! Too frustrating!
