NICE YOUNG LADY HELPED ME MAKE COPIES GOOD PRICES...

The old lady working today was so rude to me. I was going to have them print something and then decided I might as well do it at home just because that’s a little expensive to print a piece of paper to the young girl that was helping me (she wasn’t rude at all) and then the old lady that was next to her, helping another customer, gave me the dirtiest look because I said that. After that, I decided 100% I’m not giving them my business. Apparently, I’m not the only one that’s had an experience with this bitter woman.

My experience today was not pleasant. I went into the store to use computer to print some personal documents from my usb drive. First, I was stop by one of the workers and told I could not use the computer by myself, and that she would have print the documents for me. Like if they did not trust me to print the docs.Second, as the worker was printing my documents, I was standing over her to direct on documents to print. I ask if there was a way to right click and print to conceal info on the docs the prompt was not available. We then moved forward printing the docs and after printing the 3rd or 4th document, I noticed that the agent started slowing down and looking around the contents of the document. I didn't say anything at first but when opening my tax returns, it became very apparent that she was slowing down and looking around the document. I gently reminded her to press "print" so we could close my document. She then turns to me and says, "I don't need you telling me how to do this". I then said, "I just wanted to make sure you moved forward with pressing print so that the content on my documents are not viewed". She gets rude and says, "we don't have to do this at all - because we don't look at the documents, I was just searching to find the print button". (hence: the print button was in the same right corner on each document we opened, so there was no reason for delay or looking around for the print button, especially after she had already printed 4 documents)Nevertheless, I then said, "please don't argue, I just want to make sure we move this along so that my information is not looked at. She then get ruder and says, "we can stop this right now", then another worker (who say she was the manager), intervenes and tells her to stop the job. I said that is fine, but please print the last 2 pages of the documents. They both said "no, (like if they were teaming up on me), and then she said, in a retaliatory way, "I can just shred the documents that we printed". I replied, "no, you don't have to do that because I don't want to waste your supplies. I will pay for the ones you printed". She then takes the papers out of my hand and walks away from the computer in a rude way, leaving my usb drive in the hard drive and not even making sure she had closed my files on the computer. I then gently went to computer to remove my usb and close my files. Then the manager walks over to move me away from computer and to, say, "no, we are done here".It was clear they were refusing to serve me because I simply expressed concerns about securing the privacy of my documents. If a customer expresses concern over the confidentiality of her information, you would expect that they would simply reassure the customer, not act unprofessionally by getting offended and arguing with the customer. What makes it even worse, is that if the manager was going to intervene, you would have thought she would have shown some professionalism by difusing the situation rather than escalating it to the point of refusing to serve a customer. A good manager would have handled this in a way that addressed the concern in a positive way by reassuring the customer, finishing the job, and welcoming them back.It was a beautiful day outside and as a black woman in a small town, I did not go looking or want any trouble. However, they were totally disrespectful from the moment I entered their store - acting like they couldn't trust me to print documents. Then later being rude when I tried to help the agent and express privacy concerns. They have lost a new customer but hope that my feedback will help them in the future.

Well after reading the reviews it makes sense why they have a 3 star rating. Most of the good ratings they have are people they know or are good friends of theirs. Stay far away and find somewhere that cares about their customers!! Rudest people I’ve ever met.Had to call almost 6 times just for someone to pick up. When the girl answered she answered very annoyed and after asking only few questions she smarted back at me with some snide answer and was amazingly condescending. She didn’t even know what was happening and basically replied with “we don’t handle the shipping” in order to get out of doing her job. I almost had to beg her just to look up the tracking number. I then told her that if she doesn’t like her job then don’t work there and hung up. Even my husband and son sitting next to me were blown away how rude she was. I then waited all day for the package to show up because she said UPS was delivering it. Nope, was at their store the whole time. Not even a phone call to let me know it was there. I then call asking them and the older lady replied real short with “yeah, it’s here”, and was super rude. Got to the store and immediately when I told them I was there to pick up my the package they gave extremely rude looks and I proceeded to ask why would they even run a business if they’re going to treat customers like garbage? Proceeded to be super rude, acting like I had no reason to be upset and refused to hold herself or the girl next to het accountable for their conduct. The most unprofessional and unkind place I’ve ever walked into. I noticed they reply to these bad reviews with blaming the the customers. My husband is a director of customer service. If you want to run your business into the ground, treating your clients like garbage will definitely do it. Do not support owners and employees who behave like this.

The two ladies working in the store were extremely unhelpful, rude, and in knowledgeable. I was trying to ship a package fedex and had questions about the destination and process and she was slow, uncaring about assisting or finding out. Poor practice for a local business

Convenient for dropping off USPS packages after hours. The local post office doesn't have hoppers that fit packages like the one in Conroe does. The post office closes so early it's hard to get there if you work during the day. USPS packages aren't scanned in there, so tracking takes a bit to update, but overall a great option to work around the post office's weird policies.

Great price for a mail box, paid a couple years at a time. Sometimes they are kind of rude or short with you, but we all have our days, right? Overall, love it. If they decide to close early for Holidays and stuff, they will call you to tell you when you have mail waiting in your box or packages.

Only one in the store. Came in to get a couple of packets scanned and emailed.Scanning with attitude. If you don't want to be here at work and you are the owner. Don't come. The vibes of transferring it over to clients. No patience.

Horrible customer service...rude employees...act like they are doing you a favor....Also more expensive than going straight to UPS or Fedex.

If I could leave a 0 I would .This is the 2nd issue I've had at this store. My package was sent FedEx with this business. $25 mailing fee for a envelope with a birthday check for my niece. It was never delivered. It's still missing. Check was never cashed . I had to put a stop payment on check today almost 30 days later.Fed Ex blames this business. This business is blaming fed ex. I'm out the $25 delivery fee & $35 at the bank to stop payment. I waited 30 days hoping it would show up . Never did .Fed ex claims they put in her mail box. My niece said there is no way FedEx put anything in her mailbox without her 4 dogs trying to get to the delivery driver. My mom also had a little something in the envelope for her granddaughter. She's out her money /gift also. I thought using Fed Ex would be better than USPS. I guess next time UPS at a different location. I like the UPS on Hwy 105 the best .

Honestly don't waste your time here. The two employees working here one young girl and one older woman have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The young girl complained about having to do her own job. Then proceeded to talk under her breathe right in-front of me, roll her eyes and slammed my packages around. The older woman was slightly helpful but just as rude and slammed my packages around. They simply do not care how they treat anyone who walks in there.

This place is a disaster. Every time I go the staff is unprofessional. They are lounging around, they are eating at counter and are rude. The last time they asked me to take my own package and put it in the stack. Management should be embarrassed by their behavior.

We walked into this location greeted by a sign that says something like "For the courtesy of our employees and other customers in line, please do not be on your cell phone while waiting". We read that sign only to end up waiting for the only employee there to continue her personal phone call on her cell phone. The employee stopped talking to ask us what we needed, and then told us to wait a little longer for her to finish her call. We were the only customers there until another walked in, saw what was going on and left almost immediately. We left right behind her. It's disappointing to watch work ethics like this become almost normal in society today. That location just became a no-go and will be mentioned as such in convo's on the topic.
