My wife and I regularly work The UPS Store in Woodforest, and we couldn't be more impressed with their outstanding performance. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help and they remember our names and say welcome whenever we enter. They handled our shipping needs with efficiency and care, ensuring everything was packed securely and sent out on time.
What really stood out was their attention to detail and customer service. Amit, Scott and the entire staff go above and beyond to make sure we have all the information needed and keep us updated throughout the process.

Wood Forest Location
We are regular, returning customers. Our experiences have been consistently positive. Substantial amount of staff means shorter wait times. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The store is absolutely customer focused.

I live in the neighborhood and find this place really annoying. Will nickel and dime you over shipping materials and don’t ask for cheapest shipping option cause they will lie to you. I now go to the office max on 2978. No annoyance there.
