This is the nicest UPS I've been in (besides one other in Lake Jackson, Tx)). There is always plenty of friendly employees ready to help when I walk in. There is never a line - which helps get you on your way.

My husband and i use this store frequently for personal shipping. Both of us (at different times) were in the store this week and received quality service! When i ship care packages to out of state family, the employees go out of their way to make sure I'm confident that my package will get to where it's going all intact, on time and for the best price! We have always had great service! Thank you for going out of your way for us!

Awful customer service. I realized something was wrong with one of my Amazon returns and was trying to get it fixed and the entire time I have two older men just standing there staring at me asking if I was ready yet like I was such an inconvenience to just be there. I had everything pushed to the side and out of the way and was letting anyone that came in go ahead so I wasn’t bothering anyone yet I felt so unwelcomed there. When I finally got it figured out with Amazon I put the boxes up there and then he rudely told me it still wasn’t right and I needed a separate QR code. I don’t understand how you can be so impatient and so inconvenienced just doing the very job that you are there to do. I will be avoiding this store at all costs and it’s unfortunate because the location was very convenient. I ended up loading everything back up to return it at a different location.

If you go here make sure to tell Scott I said hi. Scott refused to notarize my document this morning. After giving me a hard time trying to find any excuse to deny me service. He claimed a 19 year old wasn't of legal age to be a witness, which yes he was. But then just refused to help and flat out told me to my face it was bc I'm brown. Lol sad too see such ignorance in my new neighborhood. What can brown so for me?? Apparently nothing.

Went in at 920 am to get a document notarized to be told they are only done between 1030-4 so they have more staff available. There was 2 employees hanging behind counter, no other customers in store. Seemed kind of silly to turn away a customer when you're capable of providing the service.

Worst customer service ever. The man who helped me was very short with me and disregarding after I changed my mind about shipping through this store after he informed me that it was going to be $170 to ship 3 small boxes, 2 medium boxes, and 3 envelopes (this was the cheapest option). I was the only one in the store, and all he had to do was pull the labels off. He acted like I was majorly inconveniencing him and I left feeling super upset. If you want the most expensive shipping with the worst customer service, this is your place.

They are not very helpful people. Really unfriendly customer service. They do act like they hate Amazon Returns and they are the same with Xfinity equipment that clearly states you don't have to box it. They told me I would have to buy a box. Also I had a UPS label on my phone and he said he would have to charge me to print. He said I would need to use the computer in store and print my own label. I won't be going back here.

I have been going to the UPS store since they opened. The people working there are outstanding, and they are always friendly, always nice and always helpful. When Amazon ships your purchases to you, be sure to keep your original boxes. That makes the UPS employees happy and therefore you will be happy. You are responsible for returning your purchase in the original box. Have a happy day, and love the people that attempt to help you.

Horrible customer service - the older men are irritable all the time. I will now only go here for my Amazon returns. Which they also hate doing. They argue that you need a box or package when the Amazon return label states no box or packaging needed. They truly hate their job. I was a gluten for punishment and when in today and had another horrible experience. I'm officially done - don't care they they're in my neighborhood and convenient.

TERRIBLE customer support.I went last week to have a pkg delivered. Was told it would get there in a week, I said no I need it there sooner, they said Saturday, I said that would work (2 days). I paid for the expedite shipping. Saturday came, pkg never received, I enter the tracking number in the UPS app and online, no record. By Monday I finally realized it was sent US postal, and it was going to be received Wednesday (a week later). I went back to the store to ask for a refund, was told they do not refund for US postal deliveries and that those deliveries are estimate.1. YOU never said it was an estimate, it was a phone being delivered and I needed it received and turned on ASAP.2. YOU should have said it was US postal shipping, because I would have never agreed, if I wanted US postal I would have went to the post office. I went to the UPS store because I wanted UPS shipping!!!!
