The bulk propane service here is TERRIBLE. I called today to find if they had propane in stock and someone available to fill the tank. At first she told me the person certified to fill propane is going to lunch. I asked what time they get back, but she didn't know. She said she would check, and then tells me someone should be there all afternoon. I drove up there 30 minutes later to find out nobody is available for another hour. This is not the first time I've had this issue at this location. They need to post the schedule at the cash register of when they can sell propane. I'm getting tired of wasting my time with this place. I went to another place and got my tanks filled.

I am very pleased woth the customer service. All four employees I talked with were very friendly. The manager on staff is top notch!

I'm not sure why I gave a one star rating. I changed it to 4 stars because of the friendly helpful employees. The reason I left one star off is because I find it very hard to maneuver a cart through the store. I hope this is helpful for anyone wanting to move through out the store with a regular cart.

Ordered a generator on sale, $499.00, TSC canceled my order the next day , called and a representative told me they were out of stock, the next day I get an e mail stating the item I wanted was now available but at the regular price of $799.00. Suddenly available at regular price but not the sale price. I will never shop here again.

Keith and Andrew at Tractor Supply went above and beyond helping me get a deer feeder running that I’d bought from here. They even walked me through it in their off time and were super patient and accommodating. It’s why I love shopping here, employees that care and a company that stands behind their products. The staff always greets you upon entering. They are always helpful in finding whatever you need in the store even if they have to walk you down the aisle to find it.I am very thankful that the staff are well versed in how to care for wildlife and ducks or geese as I am a city girl and have no idea what to feed them.Everybody here is always very helpful and will even walk you out to your car with your heavy items.I was very thankful to say that they had veteran parking!
