Very recently under new management. They have a new general manager named Bridget I sense in her a gifted and highly intelligent woman in possession of a wise old soul. I see a much improved, cleaner, well stocked and attended store. I see care and compassion for the customer where once there was none. You can feel the presence of a breath of new life and a fresh, customer service oriented vibe that had once long ago died and rotted on the vine. I feel optimism, joy and hope in a place that not but weeks ago felt like the room they euthanize dogs in at the county shelter, or a morgue. The change in vibe is as dramatic as when night turns to a new dawn of a new and beautiful day.

The old crackhead lady they have as a cashier didn’t want to sell my Dad a beer he got for himself because I’m 20…I got myself a Powerade & don’t even drink Lmaoo!

The employees are nice and keep the pumps clean. Trash is taken out often that I've noticed.

Make sure you always check your receipt...they added $40 to my purchase. And would have kept it if I didn't tell her she over charged me.

Someone needs to teach the employees that work here the laws. I, 19 years old, attempted to buy a completely legal lotto ticket this evening. I was turned down because "I wasn't 21." Meanwhile the sign next to the cash register is flashing the jackpot prizes and under it, it says must be 18 to purchase. Not only is this complete ignorance of the actual laws but also is false advertising. I hope they can get their stuff together. Don't recommend shopping here if you're following the laws. Go elsewhere.

I stopped here to change a sick baby that had a bad diaper only to find out that this place doesn't have changing tables in their restrooms. I ended up having to lay my baby across the trunk of my car to clean her and her car seat. Very disappointed in Valero I usually stop at Valero's when I'm traveling.

Enjoyed our visit here very much. There were 4 police cars in the parking lot, arresting a nude man, then an ambulance showed up. This location has a nice selection of cheap wine. :) Didn't these used to be called "Diamond Shamrock"?
