Horrible Experience at Vape City Montgomery, TX
I had a terrible experience at this location. I purchased a Packman disposable on the recommendation of an employee named ROSE (a white woman with a buzz cut). Within 20 minutes, I realized the product was defective — it tasted like it was filled with some strange liquid and gave me an immediate headache.
When I returned to the store to exchange it (which ROSE herself told me I could do within 24 hours at any Vape City), she suddenly refused to help. She claimed the product was “fine” and said she couldn’t exchange it. This was extremely frustrating and dishonest, especially after she was the one who recommended the product and promised it could be exchanged.
I felt misled and disrespected. If ROSE had simply honored her word and handled the situation with any professionalism or basic customer service, this could have been resolved easily.
If you’re considering shopping at Vape City Montgomery, TX — beware of ROSE!! I won’t be coming back!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had in any shop ever!! Manager refused to exchange product after selling me a sealed product and when I got home opened it as per law, noticed it didn’t have the full quantity clearly labeled on the package. Returned to the store in less than 10 minutes after purchasing, was refused an exchange after showing the cashier the issue. Manager refused to honor their 24 hour exchange policy per his words “ because you went home I’d like to believe you but I have to follow the rules” I’d usually be understanding but when I know the employees including the manager bc I’m a regular to be denied an company wide exchange policy for a quality control issue on the companies end , will never spend another penny until corporate fires this manager for his gross negligence of products and their quality control, the cashier was very helpful and nice but I refuse to support a company that employs managers who think this is ok, this is really my finally straw bc the same manager also falsely had me detained by police officers for robbery with no evidence and I was let go bc obviously I didn’t take anything, it’s becoming harassing, I feel unsafe in that store bc it feels like discrimination at this point, I pray corporate sees this and acts so I don’t have to change stores permanently

Stopped in for coils. Employee stated she didn't even know how to ring in the items, suggested coming back at another time.

Didn't carry Geek Bars so I asked for a recommendation that were like them. Suggested Chris Brown and the Mike Tyson one. Both are terrible. Not to mention I asked for a watermelon ice. They grabbed the wrong one. They offered to exchange it. Then didn't have the one I paid for. Never offered a refund since they didn't have it. Also said it was buy one get one 50% off. Looked at my receipt and only received 25% off. Their prices are also through the roof. Would not recommend.

Vape prices are over priced compared to other vape city locations. The people who work at this location rush you through your purchase and don’t give you your points accurately. I’ve been charged double for some items. But you’ll never know because they rush you out so quick you don’t realize it. Sure an extra charge for some cigars isn’t a lot. But how many times do they do that per day? This place is shady.

Backwoods batteries are junk bought 15 days ago and it will not charge...employee said 7 days is policy. I'm a pissed off customer..They definitely won't get my business ever again.. all they had to do was exchange it.....store at highway 105 young man that works there wouldn't give me regional mgr info...to contact like he's trying to hide something... Very unprofessional way of doing business..... Ripoff

Bought a Smok vape from them about 40 days ago and it just stopped working all together this morning. Went in to see about getting it swapped out and they said they have a 60 day policy, so I thought I was ok. They ask for the receipt which I don’t have from 40 days ago, but the lady who sold it to me is standing there. She didn’t quite remember at first (which is understandable considering how many faces they see a day) but I then go into my bank app and show them the charge for it, then the lady who sold it to me remembers selling it to me then. I’m then told that they can’t do anything for me because I don’t have the piece of paper. Poor customer service if something goes wrong, but good service if you’re giving them money. The same vape was sold for $15 less at another shop right around the corner, they charge way too much, look elsewhere. They also didn’t include the battery in the device (even though it says it’s included on the box) so they take out the batteries and then charge $14 for them on top of the vape itself. The only good thing about this place is that it’s 24 hours.

Make sure they give you what you asked for because they will make you pay for their mistakes. I said give me the Deity Delta 8 Watermelon and he gave me some other brand. I didn't realize until I got out the door. I immediately came back in and said it's not what I asked for. He said it will be full price because the exchange cannot be made. I've been coming here on a biweekly basis for over a year. I will find another vape store now!
