This pharmacy had my medication for over a week, did mot even bother to call or text they even have it ready and when i got there the price
was skyrocketed and the staff didn’t know what they were doing after they made me wait for over 30 minutes. Terrible!!!

My son and I went to this location towards the end of last week. My son is autistic mind you. He placed the basket on the counter and the old Asian lady started pulling the items out of the basket and slammed them on the counter. This is not the type of customer service anyone should experience. No longer a Walgreens shopper CVS is the way to go.

Do not use the walgreens pharmacy at 105 and walden road, poor service all the way around. On Tuesday afternoon a prescription was called in to help with my covid symptoms, on Tuesday evening I received a call from walgreens saying that they did not have the medication but it would be available Wednesday, they would have it delivered from another store.Now its Thursday so I called the store only to be told that they could not fill the prescription at all and that I could drive to the Tomball walgreens store to go get it. This is the problem, I am certainly not driving an hour anywhere with or without covid one way to get medication and to suggest something like that tells me that its a person who doesn’t care about themself or anyone else. I am only sharing this because I would hate this to happen to anyone else. My business is done with walgreens and will be using anyone else but them foer ,y future business

Always love coming in and seeing Marion! She is absolutely wonderful and great at what she does. So helpful with finding products and checking us out. She is so caring and interested in how we're doing. My wife and I have really had a great experience at this store since she's been working there.

Sent in an important document, counting on Walgreens to print it for me as they advertise they are capable of doing, but received an email 3 minutes before my scheduled pickup time stating that my order (1 page document) was delayed. I placed the order 10 hours prior. I went into the store and attempted to do it on my own, but the system did not allow my file to be printed. They advertise online that they can print PDF files and Word documents, however that is apparently not the case.

Trashy place run by trashy people. Telling my elderly mother her medications is ready but when she goes to get it they magically don’t have it. Forcing her to drive all over the city. This happens ALL the time. Check out other comments and just avoid this trashy place.

TO HAVE TO SIT ON THE PHONE AND ARGUE WITH A ROBOT TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN THE STORE AND THEN TO HAVE THE STORE EMPLOYEE GIVE COMPLETE ATTITUDE IS REDICULOUS THIS ORDER WILL BE THE LAST PLACED AT WALGREENS!! i REMEMBER WHEN I WORKED FOR WALGREENS AND EVERYTHING WAS ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! THOSE DAYS ARE GONE!!!!!

I was looking for a small bottle of distilled water, to top off my car battery. Small bottles are no longer available. Iris was very helpful and accomodated me in a surprising and unique way. Great experience.!

The customer service at this Walgreens pharmacy is awful. I would give zero stars if I could. They never answer the phone at all. Even when I call the front of the store and tell them about it and they transfer me they still don’t pick up. They just pick up the phone and then hang it up. I have been waiting for a medication to come in for my wife since mid last week since they never keep enough in stock and I can’t get anyone on the phone to check on it. They need new staff that is customer service oriented and if they are that busy that they can’t answer the phone then they need to hire more staff. People rely on these medications to stay well and this is just unacceptable.

I wish 0 stars was an option. I'm so mad. I've been using this pharmacy for 7 years without any issues but tonight I've decided I'm switching to CVS. They didn't have the medication I was prescribed but received my prescription electronically. I have to start the medication today so I asked if any of their other stores have it. The girl at the window said she'd have to call around and that's going to take her time and I should leave... well no, you can just type it in and it will tell you if any other stores have it. So I called 15 mins later and she said the only other store that had it is in houston. So I called CVS and they said they have it at the downtown Conroe location. I called this Walgreens back same girl answered I told her I needed to have my prescription transferred she said the CVS has to call them to get it transferred. I called CVS and they said they would call them right away so I started driving to CVS since it's a pretty long drive and figured that I might have to wait but not long. When I got to CVS they said that they've been calling Walgreens and they won't answer their phone.... So I waited in the parking lot for an hour and never heard anything and went back through the line at CVS who told me that they've been calling and Walgreens won't answer the phone. Irritated, I tried calling several times and couldn't get any one on the phone. So I drove all the way back to Walgreens.Thinking surely they are overwhelming busy.... Nope pulled into Walgreens and there's no one in the parking lot or at the window. The same girl at the window said no one has called, we'll that's a lie. I don't get it. I did all the driving and calling around all Walgreens had to do was transfer the prescription. Now I have to wait until tomorrow to get a medication I really needed today. CVS was so great though and responsive. I'll be using CVS from now on.

I'm very disappointed in their pharmacy! They change their hours & I don't know that until I've driven to the store. Or, OFTEN times I have to make multiple trips to the pharmacy because they have had to order the meds. SO VERY FRUSTRATING!!!🫤

Came in to pick up photos. Customer service at this store is DISGUSTING. Employee walked by twice and didn't even acknowledge me. Finally had to ask someone for help (and that person had nasty attitude) Go to front cashier to pay, because for some odd reason couldn't pay right there in photo. And the older lady at front register (nasty attitude also) What is the deal?? And she double charged me for 2 packs of gum ($12.50 for just a pack of Extra gum) but I wasn't going to deal with the attitude to correct my receipt.. I will never come back to this location. Nasty people who shouldn't be dealing with the public.. Shameful...
