“If I could give 6 stars I would! I was visiting the area for the week and wanted to get a few food items so I wasn't dependent on restaurants. I opened my handy Yelp App and found the closest to me was this Brookshire Bros grocery in Moody, about 8 miles from my location. I drove over, having no idea what pricing my be, inventory, quality, etc. OMG! I walked into a spotless, incredibly well stocked store with the best prices I've seen in years! I stayed longer than I needed, just looking at and marveling at the prices. The Staff was available to answer questions, but not intrusive. I was able to get in and out quickly. The cashier was friendly and fast. I am not sure if all Brookshire Bros are as stellar as this location, but I know that it's now my new favorite find and will be my grocery store of choice when visiting Texas communities that have them!”

“I absolutely love shopping at Brookshire. I hope it never changes. So convenient for Mcgregor. Although it's basically your only option for groceries, I've never had any major complaints on their selection. Everyone who works here has a good attitude and are extremely personable. We always love talking to Wanda! Also love their fried chicken. Disclaimer: it definitely does not smell bad and I'm confused by the previous review lol”
