I had a disappointing experience at this establishment in Texas that I feel is important to share. Unfortunately, I found the level of respect and professionalism lacking during my visit. I initially inquired about the cost to replace a simple license plate holder, which is typically $20, but instead, I was charged $120 for the repair of my old one.
Moreover, I experienced a distressing interaction with a staff member who became quite aggressive and raised their voice during what should have been a straightforward transaction. When I addressed my concerns with the owner, I was advised to settle for a reduced price and to refrain from returning.
As a customer, it’s reasonable to expect clear communication regarding pricing and treatment. I recognize now that I should have insisted on a confirmed price beforehand. It's unfortunate to have felt taken advantage of in this situation. I believe that consistent respect for customers is vital in any business, and I hope this feedback encourages improvements in their service practices. I would advise others to carefully consider their options when seeking assistance here. This place is the worst in Texas. There is absolutely no respect, honor, or dignity in their work. I would advise against trusting them. I repeatedly asked for the price to fix a simple license plate holder that costs $20 for a new one. Instead, they repaired my old one and charged me $120 for it. To make matters worse, the worker became aggressive and started yelling during for a 20-minute job. The worker called the owner When I spoke to the owner “he told me to just pay $80, get out the shop and don't show my face in their again”
Is this how a customer should be treated, especially after paying with hard-earned money? I did not deserve to be treated this way. There should always be respect for customers, particularly when I had asked for the price beforehand and had trouble getting answers. Trusting them was my mistake. I should have insisted on a price upfront, but I didn’t realize I was being taken advantage of and getting ripped off. This is unprofessional behavior very nasty people , and it reflects poorly on the individuals running this business, especially the owner. The plot thickened when the worker, overwhelmed by his own frustration, grew aggressive and began yelling during what was supposed to be a quick 20-minute job.
When I escalated the situation and spoke to the owner, I was hit with a shocking ultimatum: “Just pay $80, get out, and don’t ever come back!” Can you believe it? After shelling out my hard-earned cash, this is how I was treated!

HI THE HOSE THAT IS CONNECTED TO THE WATER 💧 BROKE. I CALL ALEX he came with 20 mins he fix my car 🚘 I was able to leave with 30 after he arrived. Alex is very polite speak English and Spanish very professional. Will recommend you call 📞 him. You won’t regret. Again Thank you Alex for rescuing me. 🙏🙏🙏 god bless this car Angel 😇

Tire popped in the middle of the night. I was able to get someone right away. I was given several options to lower the bill. Very nice people, opened up earlier in the morning just so they could help me get up and running because I had a load to get to. Only sold new tires at reasonable prices for this area. I was lucky to break down right where they were located. Thanks guys.
