My son and I Stayed here for 12 nights. The room I stayed at smelled and looked so clean. The room is always stocked with extra towels and blankets. From the managers to the maintenance, they are so attentive, respectful and ALWAYS willing to help. The grass here is green and well kept up with. You can tell they put so much work into this place.
My son would be outside playing and felt safe doing so. From the neighbors cooking and feeding the people around them was so nice. Definitely a small safe community here. Thankful for this place.
Thank you to Roy, Elsie, Lucito and Liliana for making our visit enjoyable and always going out of yalls way. Will always be my go to place.

This place is quiet, and the managers seem friendly but all in all it’s a horrible experience. The staff are not good people, and nothing around there ever works the way it should. There’s only one spot available with grass and shade the rest it dirt and sun. So if it rains be prepared to swim your way out of there. And if the wind is blowing , which it ALWAYS is in Morton then be prepared to have your Rv/Motorhome covered inside and out with fine red dirt. I would not recommend staying here as the maintenance man is a woman beater, and harasses women in the town on a regular basis. And one of the cleaning staff is a thief. If I were you I would keep going to either Plains, levelland, or Lubbock if you truly want a nice enjoyable stay.
Safety: The maintenance guy beats his wife and harasses women in the town and at the park. I would not recommend if you are a women traveling alone. Also There is a women in the cleaning staff that is a thief. I worked in the town of Morton and had the cops come in one day and show me her picture saying she was stealing from the store here in town. So I wouldn’t recommend leaving anything of value unattended.
Noteworthy details: There’s nothing but dirt and sand burs and the wind is relentless. You can’t even safely pull and awning out. There’s no shade so be prepared to be running your ac non stop and have dirt blowing into your Rv or Motorhome through every nook and cranny.

This place was great and far exceeded my expectations! Elsie and Roy were so friendly and the perfect hosts. They made sure I had everything I needed. I had business in town, so my stay was short, but I wish I could have stayed longer. I stayed in the tiny house. It felt like a nice apartment with a separate bedroom and a full size kitchen that was well stocked. It even had two big screen TVs with a ton of channels. The price was exceptionally good. I will definitely be back. Thanks for everything Elsie and Roy!!

Needed a place to stay for the 4th. We had our camper and the place had FULL hookups, 50amp service and grounds were well kept. They took good care of us and was even able to book a cabin for acouple of days for more family that came in. Seems like more is being added which is a great thing as we will be booking again when we need a place to stay when we are in town for family. Highly recommened and appreciate the service.

A comfortable stay for a surprisingly good rate. The cabin featured a kitchen and full bath. The hosts were friendly and very accommodating. Often I have a hard time finding a place that is quiet enough to be comfortable for me, but the location was great for that, and still within driving distance of larger cities for shopping. I would definitely recommend this place, especially for the value and the helpful hosts.

Great small town RV Park. The owner is very easy going and helpful when needed. They also have cable TV and internet. The laundry room consists of one washer/ Dryer, but they will do laundry for you, upon request.

Been living here three years. Place is clean, peaceful and pet friendly. The location is convenient to work, stores, hospital etc. Management is friendly, will go above and beyond to make your stay worry free and pleasant. Has great amenities and rates are reasonable. LOVE this place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
