I wish there was an option for no stars. Their buildings leak & flood via the roof and under the doors. They know it and dont tell you and it's not covered by their insurance. They also bill you for their insurance regardless if your own. I would NEVER recommend this place EVER.

Castle rock storage floods due to drainage do not store your property here they won’t tell you it floods and insurance won’t cover the flood they know this and won’t tell you they will rent to you and let your items be ruined

Pro-they work with us in late fees
Con-they lock you out after one day late. They lock your unit after two months late, send a letter they will auction your things and charge almost $200 in fees.

8 hours. 8 hours at $135/hr is what it took to move us 5 miles from one location to another. And my husband had to take off doors, provide tools, and spent most of the week pre moving.

They were so quick, friendly, and made the entire process of moving my house to the storage units a breeze! The office staff are extremely thorough and explain everything so that there aren't any questions. Will definitely recommend and use again!
