First initial appointment since moving back to the area. Initial paperwork was on an electronic tablet. Then X-rays and super easy. Met the dental hygienist who did a very thorough explanation of my X-rays. The dentist confirmed everything and we formulated a treatment plan. Then off to the Office Manager for financial information. Then back for water jet cleaning, she used numbing jell multiple times to help. Great Individualized graceous professional care! Thanks everyone!

Staff up there is not very professional. I tried updating my insurance, but they ended up charging me and not updated my insurance on time. When doing invisalign, they're never on time, it is always later than expected.

I made an appointment for about a week later (9 days) from the time I made it and was here on 10/25/23. In between that time I was harassed with emails and several calls about said appointment, whether it was about insurance or asking me to come in earlier then my 5:00PM appointment due to them having other clients cancel and me compromising for the staff here and coming earlier even after stating that I worked overnights and would prefer to keep my appointment time as it, I agreed to 4:30PM. (I was still harassed the same morning of the appointment saying I did not confirm my appointment, but did the day prior.)Moving on, day of the appointment I showed up and had to fill out more information on a tablet, after them being given all the information on the phone and was asked 4 different times what my visit was for just that day. (Not including the phone conversations, and text I wrote when making my appointment)About 20 minutes later I am brought back for X-rays by Gigi, with whom I would not want to ever interact with again. She has an attitude for no reason, and is it very clear she hates her job, by the way she speaks and carries herself. She called me back for my appointment and then says she will be back because she has to set up her equipment, why was it not already set up? She then did a panoramic scan and then SEVERAL bite X-rays, I found that ridiculous, and she made it uncomfortable due to her attitude. She was curt with her replies and reasoning for the need for so many views of my teeth. Also, I do not think it would be too much to ask that someone be more gentle when shoving films into someone's mouth to take X-rays and be more careful not to get saliva on someone's face several times when switching views. Anyways, after which I was brought back to the exam room and she told me she then needed to get 3D imaging of my gums. At this point I'm so annoyed with her I think about just walking out but replied "is that really necessary, it is my right to refuse that, correct?" Her reply was "you might not understand the doctor so you need them." At this point I am really mad, because of the tone of voice she used insinuated that I was stupid and annoying her by questioning her at all.The only positive thing I can say is that the dentist I interacted with for about 3 minutes was pleasant and obviously likes his job. On the other hand he is also happy to sell someone on their motto aligner.At the end of all this I am put into another room with chairs and told to wait as their "office manger" will come to get me with the plan. About 5 minutes later she comes get me and I tell her to print out my treatment plan as I would like to be seen elsewhere for treatment. I tell her about my experience, her reply was "oh sorry."the take aways-1) one of the main reasons I made appointment here is because of the convenience of scheduling the appointment online so I would not have to speak to anyone over the phone, instead of it being simple and easy it was complicated, annoying, and I felt harassed by it.2) There are SEVERAL dental offices, I would rather go somewhere where I am appreciated for my business, treated with kindness, respect, and my concerns are addressed.3) Gigi hates her job, and will make it an uncomfortable visit if you go here.4) I made my appointment for a cleaning and checkup, I stated this in both my notes and over the phone. At this appointment I was told "the hygienist isn't here, and doesn't work this late so we won't be doing that today."-Gigi5) My experience was it is hard to make an appointment for a cleaning. What is the point of the hours being until 6PM? (Fridays until 1PM, which is also very inconvenient)

Absolutely amazing staff. Everyone was so kind and welcoming and any question I had was answered thoroughly. Very professional and judgement free atmosphere, I highly recommend giving this office a visit for any and all dental hygiene needs.

Make an appointment and then you show up and all they do is check you out, tell you what things needs to happen. Go into another room and a lady tell you the cost. Took the day off and it was a waste of time. Had to reschedule the appointment. This place is way too expensive, even with insurance and when you make an appointment them need to keep it and do what you are asking for. On the brighter side they are friendly.

We asked how long visit would take. Told us about one hr. We left after appt and it took three hours. Very irritated as husband needed to get back to wk. everyone was very pleasant which is a plus.

Worst experience ever. I had made an appointment because I was in pain. They booked it for the following week. I went in for it. And they had canceled my appointment becuase I didn't "confirm" . They had wrote my phone number wrong. How were they going to rea h me to confirm if they wrote my phone number wrong. I will never ever go there. No very friendly either.

Definitely recommend this location and office. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Hygienist and Dentist were very helpful with all information that was given to me and weren’t rushed to leave the office answered all my questions and concerns about my treatment plan. Over all great experience !! If you’re looking for a new dentist I recommend ASPEN DENTAL !!!

I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment they made me wait 40 minites!!! And then tell me they have no room available. Shocking service!!! Will not use them again!

After spending $12.5K on upper dentures and an additional implant; I had to come back for a full day of pain to have the implant replaced because it fell out. Fast forward several months to now, the same implant is loose and become painful. I go in to set an appointment telling them I could not put my dentures in to eat and I was afraid I would lose it again. They have an opening in two weeks. I remind the nice lady in the front that I cannot eat, talk normally, etc. She comes back with an appointment in one week. I asked her if I could use a tool to tighten the abutment, she came back with a no. Not feeling much in the way of service after the sale, or supporting their own product they put in my face.

Somehow lost my x rays due to an outage. Which makes no sense because they were taken a few days after that happened. They claim they won’t charge insurance for them but I don’t understand why they can’t just redo them. Was supposed to get root canal on July 3rd from specialist but got canceled because specialist couldn’t show up. Could’ve just been honest and said because 4th of July was the next day and so called specialist needs extra day off. Wont ever come here again.

This place will charge you an arm and a leg!! Quoted $8700 for root canal & cap, cleaning, 2 fillings. Thats a hell no.

I set an appointment with this location for 5/15/23 at 2 PM. When I arrived the staff was very unfriendly, unprofessional, and rude. She claimed my appointment was at 12 PM, but I tried showing her an email I received from them stating the appointment was at 2 PM. She wouldn’t even look at it or acknowledge that they were the ones who got it wrong. They would not see me and tried to have me reschedule, but at that point I felt uncomfortable because of their demeanor and attitude. I would NOT recommend any person of color to visit this dental office. This is a very frequent experience I have living in this small town while dealing with certain offices. I would recommend trying an office in a more diverse area to avoid having to deal with small minded individuals.

Just called to try to get my husband in. One of his implants is coming out. He can’t eat or put his bottom denture in. He is in pain. They wouldn’t even see him. All they had to do was take the implant out. Not very good business.
