I normally get great service while I'm at the office in mt pleasant. But Saturday at 3, I got some really bad service from the young lady, she wasn't rude but , I paid off my zfold 3 and bought a A24 Ultra and retired my zfold. She told me it was ready to go. Not! never registered it to a network. She didn't act like she was interested at all into helping me. So I left. I will walk out if she is the only one there to help me with my at&t needs.

I highly recommend Leticia and her staff at the Mt. Pleasant location. They takes pride in their job and store. I absolutely adore the Leticia (manager) at AT&T. I am always greeted with a smile. I am not the greatest at working my phone so they have been so so helpful to me. They are really knowledgeable about the products they have in store and if you need something not in hand they can get it for you in just a few days. All of the employees are very knowledgeable as well. They can help you with the phone or any other accessories you may need.
I highly recommend AT&T.

Best AT&T store I have been to in a long time. Every time I come in I’m greeted and never have to wait more than 5 minutes. Leticia is always helpful and very professional. She gets the job done and I always go to her for everything I need. You want great service come to the Mount Pleasant AT&T store.

The staff at this store are AMAZING! My wife and I are so thankful we met Amanda and Leticia!! We are in from overseas for a few months and they were able to help us with our data plan needs. If you are looking for AT&T cell service in the Mt. Pleasant area, stop by and see these two precious ladies.
