“This place is great. I have bought 2 trailers from Big Texs in Mt. Pleasant. The lady at the front desk was nice and the saleman Was very helpful. He gave me a ride in the cart to look at the trailer and let me pick the one I wanted. There was very little wait time and I was out the door with a new trailer in less the 45 minutes. A+”

“I’d give Dickie Morrow an A for the body work, paint job & assistance with the insurance company and I appreciate that.
As for communication & getting my vehicle back at the estimated time, that’s a different story. When personnel at the shop say you’ll get a call back I expect one. Also took more days to get it done, but they may have had an issue with the outside mirror replacement.
I guess overall I might try them again if needed but lower my expectations on completion date.”
