“A Longview merchant hit my bank account without my consent.
When I called the business to get my money back, they were rude and hung up on me.
I contacted Vera Banks fraud dpt and came into your Mt Pleasant office.
I was given a new card, I came back on 6/23 and Alicia Gonzalez patiently work with me in getting my refund from Longview.
