Not my first time here, but yesterday my windshield was dinged by a small rock and damaged it. Went to Browns Glass and they promptly repaired it quickly and only charged $50. A shout out to Dorian….she made sure my visit was quick and comfortable for me and my wife. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We paid them upfront after we received the insurance check. It has been months with excuse after excuse. I call all hours of day and the calls go to a voicemail. I am going to go in person and get a full refund or whatever is necessary to get my money back.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! TERRIBLE SERVICE! I ordered glass over 2 months ago. They made me put down a 20% deposit, which is fine. I have not heard from Brown’s Glass one time since! I called about it and the lady said the machine was down with the vendor they use. 3 weeks later, I call again. She said she doesn’t have a date of when my glass will be ready. I waited another 2 weeks…she said they will just refund my deposit! Now I have to start over somewhere else.

I called as soon as they opened to get a glass piece for my window. Gave measurements, they said they would have it ready and call me. I called 6 times throughout the day to check on it and it was not ready they close at 5. I called at 4:30 and they said it will be maybe till tomorrow!!!!! Very unprofessional they could of told me that since the beginning instead of letting me call them 6 times to check on the piece and wait till 4:30!!!!

I put my recliner back through the window. They answered my call kept the appointments and repaired the wonky window in the living room. The price was fair. Thank you for your help. The window is good and so much better than before I broke the glass. If asked I would recommend these folks. The name of the business has changed to Glass Product Services as Mr. Brown has retired.

Had the company come measure 18 fogged windows in my home. Paid $819.50 which was half the job amount up front. Waited over 2.5 months from that point before they called to schedule an install date.. We sat date for the install and then I drove 95 miles to meet them that morning during a work week for the install. A worker called me 5 mins after they were supposed to be here and she tells me every window but one was cut wrong (even a broken clock is right twice a day) and that they will have to recut them and reschedule the install. No apologies.So another 3 months later (unbelievably long time-line for getting these cut each time and installed I know!!... but I’ve been very patient with them like if I were dealing with my 7 year old son running a glass company!!) I drove down again on a Tuesday yet another 95 miles to meet them at 8:45am. (Why a weekday that interrupts my life so immensely you might ask?? Because the owner Gary wanted to charge me $185 to install on a much more convenient Saturday, even though the mistake on sizing was their fault)So to give the workers a heads up @ around 7:45 am for a 8:45 install time, I text the office lady I had been texting for months to tell them that my wife asked me to make sure the workers didn’t wear their shoes in the home, and this gal responds by telling me this is her “personal cell and to start calling the office to tell them.”*WTH?! This lady texted me for months with this number and she initiated the first contact!In response I text Gary, the owner, next and he tells me because it was raining earlier (it is not currently raining mind you) that he cannot install today and can’t risk his workers “getting sick, or having a window leak, but can send them today if I sign a waiver voiding their guarantee.” It is currently not raining and it is a humid yet very comfortable 70 degrees as I write this 5 mins after that conversation! I can’t see how anyone could get sick or how a window could be at risk of leaking due to these conditions especially since knowing my windows and the area they would be working is totally dry. So, I tell him 14 of the 18 windows are under a large wrap around porch and not in any rain and to please come and do at least those 14. He refused unless I sign his waiver. I told him I have waited around 6 months on him and made 2 separate 1.5 hour trips and they cancelled both times and please refund me.Refunding me is the only thing I could give 5 stars on for this glass company. This company is to be avoided if possible. IMO.Other company is coming today to measure. I’m sure this will be done within the next 2 weeks with the new company.

I was supposed to close on my house in October. Lived in my house about 2 months before I finally got my shower doors. Now that I got them one hits the side. I noticed it did not have a rubber stop. I called and they said I didn't need one. So after listening to how the know and are professional I finally said ok just come look then. They show up and guess what, I need a rubber stop. Been waiting on it and still do not have it and it is June. I would go in any direction besides using this company.6-19-2020 UpdateParts come in finally and guess what they are still wrong. Company blames everyone but themselves.

We're building a home, called for an estimate, the guy that picked up said he would come by or call me if he couldn't make it. I didn't hear from him at all!Not the way to do business regardless of how busy you are, it's a business, if you can't handle work that's put on your table, hire help. Clients are always first!
