I’ve been trying to grow my hair back out but wanted it thinned a little, told the lady I just wanted the top of my head and the back thinned since it gets very poofy. She proceeded to cut the sides of my head short, asking if I wanted it shorter. I said I just wanted it thinned, she thought I wanted some weird haircut but never asked to make sure. Hair came out unleveled, the hair she cut off still on my head. Will not return, if you don’t know what the customer wants just ask instead of continuing. Hair grows back yeah but doesn’t mean it isn’t a pain when you’re not listened too.

The young lady did amazing with my hair. My hair was down to my waist and thought new year new me and she cut all my hair off to my shoulder and did it precisely and listened to my concerns. I recommend to come see them and get you a fresh new look!

I’ve been before and had Laura who is sweet and good. I do not know the girl from today but I’ll never go back because of her. I almost walked out because of her actions. It’s the lady who sits by the register. My hair looks fine but she was so loud about some issues I’m having with dry scalp. I did tell her how I felt about how loud she was about my business and I was so close to walking out. I even tipped her in the end not because I like her she did a service. But never again!

I honestly don't know what to say about this place other than they don't listen they would rather let it go in one ear and out the other I've told them 3 different times do not cut anything on top was only supposed to be a 2 on the sides this will be the last time they will ever see me would highly not recommend this place to anyone wanting a hair cut

Asked for a blunt bob, even showed a picture of what I wanted. My hair looks nothing like the pic. The stylist barely glanced at the picture. Based on her technique in cutting my hair which didn't seem correct to me I feel like I received a haircut from a beginner with little experience or she just wasn't interested. Not happy with the cut or the service.
