These people who work in these stores are useless and unhelpful. Obviously stoned out of their minds. Cannot perform simple tasks.

The Hispanic girls here, I think one her name was Paola but she was with another person that helped my mom. My mom was having issues with a cell phone because of the power outages, as soon as we walked in they smile and greeted her and immediately asked how can they help her with a big smile. That type of customer service is not so common out here so I’m writing this review to let the company know, these two girls you have working here are very good at what they do. They fixed the issue and even took the time to explain to my mother what was the issue. Keep up being kind to people, I really appreciated that.

The workers from here are rude and don’t help you the way they have to help you . They change my husband account to another person name and we couldn’t disconnect a number that we wanted that we don’t used anymore . I would not be going to that store never . Till the change the workers from there just plain rude .

Before, I thought it was good, but they are bandits, they only steal the money, they tell you, you are going for the first time, they are going to give you a new phone, you are not going to turn off the phone, and when one goes, they tell you differently.
