came to pick up my prescription - was told the amount - then presented a goodrx card - ended up paying the same amount - no discount. called the pharmacy and asked someone why no discount - they said it - but it didnt vary - there was no discount. checked on line and they show cvs charges roughly 18.00 for pantoprazole - get i paid 39.00 - twice that amount. it also showed all other pharmacies charging less than 20.00 \\u003d so why is cvs not giving a discount for this med and charging double others?

The store is okay. The pharmacy on the other hand is not. Been trying to get my sons prescription for 2 days now. Had issues with the insurance and my insurance said they spoke to a Melissa which they said she sounded like she didnt even want to help and that she hung up on them 4 times. Went to pick up the next day and they are still saying nothing is in the system and that they were still waiting on a response from the insurance ?... changing pharmacy

Waited 35 mins in the drive thru line, i just had surgery and can not sit down. This was supposed to be a quick in and out and then he argued with me about my medication!

If I could give it NO STAR I would. Worst service I have ever experienced anywhere. Pharmacy Staff is rude and always too busy to help. This COVID testing is a joke. It clogs up the drive thru line so that people picking up prescriptions have to wait for hours to pick up. It's not any better to go inside because the person taking care of the drive thru window is ALSO taking care of the 'pick up' window, so no need to go inside for faster service. They need to do something different with their COVID testing so that customers who are sick, not feeling well anyway, don't have to sit in line for 30 to 45 minutes to pick up their prescriptions because this facility is doing COVID testing thru their drive thru window. They have TWO drive thrus, but are only allowing the use of one. I'm changing to Walgreen Pharmacy as soon as I can make sure that they take my insurance! This has gone on at this CVS pharmacy for far too long. I've given them more than ample time to 'get it together', but it just seems to get worse and worse.

Nuisance mechanical phone calls to pick-up RXs when none have been requested. No way to contact the store other than a telephone number that is mechanically answered and you stay on hold for so long that the phone drops the calls or you get a busy signal. No way to run a business that is supposed to serve the public..
