I saw a stylist at this location for a root touch up. My hair is naturally a light brown & I had been keeping it platinum blonde. This specific stylist had colored my hair 3-4 times with no problems. However, this last time, she performed the root touch up, clumps of my hair came out, as she began to blow dry it, after rinsing the color. The stylist also managed to leave the product in long enough or under the heat long enough to successfully, accomplish burning my hair clean off, at the hair line. This is unacceptable. I was also still charged, even though, it was a discounted price, I was still charged. I do NOT believe, I should have been charged at all. My hair was chemically burnt off! Bottom line, I will not return nor, would I recommend this salon.
