I wish I could give more stars. These guys have always been good to me. Took my wife's car in today for tire balance and alignment and they nailed it! No more vibration! Also, midway through the alignment, the alignment tech came to me to address the main issue that was causing my problems. I loved that. The office men are very kind and professional. Techs are kind and knowledgeable. 10 stars out of 5! Keep up the great work guys.

Very disappointed in the Mt. Pleasant locations of Discount Tires. I have bought tires for the last few years and have not had any issues, even with just being a walk in. This time I ordered online and chose the appointment at 11:15 due to having lots to do today and needing to get in and out. This morning at 9:45 they called and said the tires were not there yet and would call me when they got there. By 3pm, it was getting late, so I called them and yep, the tires were there. I go up there and they were a little busy. After an hour, they finally started on my car and told me it would be about 20 minutes. Okay fine, I have already wasted most of my day waiting on them. After about 30 minutes I look into the bays and my car is not there. What? It was parked way out in the parking lot. They forgot to tell me my car was ready! After I got home, I checked online to see when my tires arrived at the store....11:49am. They never bothered to call. I wasted a whole day waiting on them, when I had a lot to do on my day off. I will go back for air and to get my tires rotated, but I will never buy another set of tires from Discount Tires again. Maybe $700-$900 will help out Mt. Pleasant Tires and we will see how their service is.

Gentleman was very helpful in locating with the product we were looking for our tractor which unfortunately they did not carry. Did not catch his name but thank you! We were able to get our tire fixed that day with his help.

I ordered my tires online, so when I got there, I wouldn't have to wait that long. Well come to find out, I ordered the wrong size. Troy was very helpful in getting me the right size and I even got some money back. That always helps!

I was looking for a good tire store in Mt Pleasant. Didn’t find it at this location. Customer service is in need of more training evidently. Most places ask. May I help you?? Nothing here. Just a grunt and a walk by. They answered my 5 second question without a word.
