I never leave reviews but this is more just for people to be careful with certain employees (especially customers who coupon). I recently downloaded the DG app and got into using coupons I’ve gone ONCE! Just ONCE to this certain location! That was Saturday Feb 24th as we went to check out we did absolutely nothing wrong yet ALICIA was just one register away helping others and paying more attention to us than to them. As I was checking out my partner was behind me and observed her staring us down as if we were doing something wrong. We proceeded to checkout and use our coupons and went on about our day. Today Feb 25th I decided to go on the DG app just because and saw a good deal so we headed to the same DG got the 2 items that was supposed to total up to $3.25. For whatever reason it did not work so another girl was tying to help us out unfortunately didn’t work still so Alicia came and tried to help still no luck. She gave me a number to call to tell them my coupons were not clipping. My partner asked if we could try his account (WHICH HAS NEVER BEEN USED) she agreed but in a very rude way. As I handed her his phone she proceeded to say “it’s the same phone” as my phone sat just 2inches away from her. I had forgot to clip the coupons and the other girl noticed and I figured we’d try again BUT NO she grabbed the items put them to a side and said “like I said call that number and tell them the coupons are not clipping”. Along with “ I remember you guys from last time and this is coupon fraud”. Us super confused on where the coupon fraud is coming from we were not using both accounts nor trying to buy the same items with different accounts yet ALICIA SAID WE WERE COMMITTING COUPON FRAUD! Girl what. I was just trying to get me an air freshener for $3.25 and instead I was there being accused of FRAUD. Endless to say I did not get my air freshener and ended up talking to Debra her manager to address the DISRESPECT I received at this location FOR NO REASON. She said she’d talk to her, but Alicia I hope you are not like this to other customers especially the ones just trying to get an air freshener.

They have constantly been out of a certain type of chips I like. The store is also very unorganized and chaotic, and it makes me stressed just walking in there. Not a fun experience. Definitely would not recommend coming here.

I am beginning to choose dollar general over Wal Mart whenever I have the option. DG seems to be where Walmart was 30 years ago ( and that is a good thing). The buildings seem to be too small for the number of items stocked. Keep doing what you are doing and continue to upgrade facilities. HIRE more people- it's an invest in the company's future

The management here is outstanding. This Dollar General carries premium products at a great price. If you can't find what you're looking for; they're always willing to help. They carry almost every name brand soda you could possibly want. They sell premium bags of ice. It's in a great location and easily accessible.

A great place for a quick convenient need for your home. They have so many options crammed into 1 building. Only set back your gonna have to wait in a20 minute line because of the few employees on duty

Spent 45 minutes in the store dealing with the assistant store manager trying to figure out how to receive a western union money order. The assistant manager didn't take the initiative to call western union to try and resolve the problem she just told me she didn't know what was wrong other than it wasn't accepting my phone number. I verified my phone number with western union and that still wasn't good enough for her to check into it and do a little investigation and call for help. I took it upon myself to call western union and they explained Dollar General is the worst place to do any western union transaction. I came back into the store explain that western union wanted to speak with the store manager on duty to resolve the issue. The store manager reluctantly called from her store phone very unenthusiastically called and acted as if she's never used an automated system before I had to suggest what options to take just to get someone on the phone. I'll never deal with Dollar General one because they can't handle western union transactions. And two because of poor customer service. I've done customer service for 20 years I know what good and bad customer service is.

Okay place to stop for a quickie but they turned down my ID driver's license because they was expired I'm 73 years old so I didn't buy any beer there and won't be buying anything there from now on that's damn stupid
