Disappointing experience with this dealership. If you can avoid them, please do. I’ve worked in this business for years and I’ve never experienced such carelessness from the service team. We paid over 1,000 dollars to have a clutch kit installed. Right after picking it up we lost our gears and it’s because my quick release on my shifter cable wasn’t sat on there correctly. They also installed my wiper blades back on Backwards. They also moved all my polaroids in my car. As a service advisor I ALWAYS checked vehicles before giving them back to the customer. I never messed with their stuff in their car. This place lies and will cheat you. Bring your service somewhere else.

If I could give them negative stars I would most definitely do so. I own a 2023 dodge charger rt last call with 5k miles on it. On 11-29-23 I dropped my car off with them to try and figure out the issue im experiencing.#1:A tapping/ticking noise at idle.#2:an metal on metal ring/ grinding noise at anything over half throttle#3 high oil temp reach over 240+ while driving down the interstate#4 new noise after picking it up after almost two month of sitting is a louder tapping/ whining noise on decelI even took the tech on a drive to point out all the sounds and issues I'm currently having to make sure they knew were to start. Which you would think if they heard the noises and acknowledged they heard the noise they would get it figured out and fixed right?WRONG!!!!! The first month of them having the car they only drove it 4 miles while trying to diagnose the issues. On 12-23-23 I received the only sms from them saying that they thought they had a remedy for the issues by removing the factory k-member brackets due to the fact they saw the slightest of scratches on them. They said that they were rubbing together causing the noises. Well they were wrong and hadn't fixed anything. All the original noises and complaints were still there to be heard. So I left the car with them still and offered to send any and all videos of the issues that I was having to the tech if it would help. They didn't want them cause they knew what they were looking for. Well after a few more weeks I start to notice that they were driving it more and I had a bit of faith that they would hopefully figure it out. Boy was I wrong. They drove the car 3 more times once going 54 miles, another going 4 miles, and another time going only 2 miles. I never got any calls updating me on if they had found anything or if they could determine what was causing the noises. So, I would call once a week to try and get updated. But was met with the most generic response of "we're still trying to determine what the issues are and what's causing it". So I let it be again with the hopes of fixing my car. Well on the 1-16-24, I called in again hoping for news that they were making some leeway on tracking down the noise. This time I was told that the only noises they could hear anymore was a piece of metal on the rearview mirror rattling against the glass. This aggravated me to no end due to the amount of time they had already had the car and the fact that they had acknowledged they heard said noises. That day I called another dealer and asked to get in with them and set a date to drop it off with them. I went to pick the vehicle up on 1-16-23 around 3 in the afternoon was told the technician had to reinstall the k-member brackets and it would be ready to pick up. This being a 23 model car with the u connect app . I noticed they never moved the vehicle from the front lot at all. There were ice sickles from the roof to the ground unbroken and the car was absolutely filthy but I let it be. I had also requested for the paperwork of everything they had done to try and find the issues, so I could give them to the next dealer. But that wasn't finished due to tech being busy so I said they could email it to me. After a day goes by of no email. I call and ask about it again I'm told sorry tech is so busy blah blah blah. The very next day I drove back to the dealership to get the paperwork so I can be ready for the next dealer. I waited 20 minutes for the service writer to be found just to get them to get the tech to write up my paperwork. 5 minutes later they come back and say the reason the tech hadn't finished the paperwork was due to the fact that I had done a mid muffler delete and that if they submitted the paperwork it would possibly void my warranty. I called bs and from there is was nothing but down hill i have a character limit so I cant say more but there is so much more!

The ABSOLUTE BEST experience I’ve had at a dealership! Better than when I bought my first car! I’m late getting to this review but Jeff!?! Omg! The most down to earth and transparent man you will ever meet! I reached out about the sweet deal they had on my new baby “Halo.” Jeff responded in a timely manner with the info I needed, empathized with me regarding the accident that totaled my OG and made this process INFINITELY more bearable and easy. He kept in communication via text and email. My little brother drove me an hour to get this car and it was so worth it. The car is a steal! The environment was so laid back yet professional. All the people were friendly! Jeff talked me through the process. He even gave me and my little brother branded souvenirs! I wear my hat when I can but the Elliot Auto Group keychain will remain on my keys for the foreseeable future. I plan to use them for all vehicle purchases. I’ve recommended these guys to my friends and Jeff remembered me by name when my friend reached out to him! This was literally the most incredible experience I’ve ever had regarding a purchase of this magnitude. Even the finance manager was pleasant and informative. He answered all my questions and recommended me the warranty, which I definitely got this time around. I can’t give them enough praise! An all around perfect experience from Elliot Auto Group from communication to purchase. My Charger, Halo, is everything I asked for and more!

Took excellent care of me. Went the extra mile to get the car sold. Car took a second longer to crank after I had alread signed the "as is" papers and they still put a new battery before I left the lot "without asking". Excellent service!!!

Fantastic communion between our salesman, Tanner, and myself when discussing. Everything was done in a timely manner and very precise. This time was very personable and answered all of my questions promptly and honestly. I am very pleased with my experience and will recommend Elliot Auto Group to my friends and family.

This facility is always efficient, friendly and accommodating. When my daughter went up there for the first time alone for oil change for me, while she was still in high school, they did everything to make her aware of what was happening, explained and made her feel comfortable. You don’t get that kind of customer service everywhere. Thank you Elliott Service Department!

Called ahead for appointment for z96 recall. Service dpt. Said he had to see if he had the HPFP part. After he checked he said they had the part and scheduled appointment 11/29/23 he said to be prepared to leave my truck for a couple of days. I made arrangements for my wife to follow me and drop it off on 11/28/23. I dropped my truck off and shortly after getting home I get a call from service dpt. saying they made a mistake that they didn't have the part said I would have to wait two weeks to even order the part. I asked if it was safe to drive the truck because the z96 recall stated that failure could cause a crash. I was told it was OK to drive the truck. I picked the truck up on 11/29/23 at this point I'm paranoid to drive my 60,000 dollar truck very disgusted with Dodge I'm not going to own a vehicle that can't be repaired and looking to trade it in. I've driven chrysler products since 1999 but this one is my last.

Love the friendliness of the people that took care of me. The wait was a bit but I didn’t have an appointment. I came in for a turn signal light but the guy in service also took care of my rear view mirror that was off the clamp as well as put air in my tires as they were low. Absolutely amazing! Will be coming back for sure.

We have bought 2 truck form here and both have been great with no mayor problems. So when we wanted a new truck we knew where to go, now we have our 3rd truck and we hope that it comes out as good as the other two.

Great People. Had no problems getting my Dodge journey in for repair. Was very quick. They use a system that keeps you up to date with you vehicle while its in the shop. I was very happy with the service.

Very positive experience today getting an oil change. Never gone here and while they were somewhat busy, they were moving the cars through reasonable fast. Was skeptical about the prepaid service as to weather you’d be waiting forever, but I’ll definitely be back.
