I had scheduled an appointment for 9:30am. I arrived early. Was greeted by Federico. He is so nice and very professional. I had my oil changed and tires rotated and I was outta ther by 9:30am. How bout that!! If you need service reach out to Federico, he is GREAT. Five stars for you and TOYOTA!!

Called in advance to get a key made. They communicated the need for various documentations and proof of purchases for a duplicate key. After arriving with all information the ability to make the key was impossible. Due to them not having the parts. No big deal really just a one hour drive poor customer services and a ton of hoops for nothing. I am not sure if all toyota dealerships are like this but its a shame.

Results? Wait for next rain.
Truck leaks since new November 2016. Breathed lots of mold. Had to cover with tarp since new. At times got cabin rain storms while driving.

Customer service only exists if you're spending money. They were the most helpful people while I was spending money. But when I was owed a refund they started ignoring my calls and texts. One month later this is still ongoing.
