We just had the absolute best customer service from Amy & Doug at the Mt. Pleasant, Texas Home Depot!!!! Home Depot needs more employees like them. They both are valuable assets to this company and their team! Thank you!!!!!

Although the governor lifted the mask mandate, and per the CDC recommendations, Home Depot corporate office announced fully vaccinated associates and customers don’t have to wear masks, the managers at this particular Home Depot in Mount Pleasant are refusing to allow patrons in the store without masks this week.

I would say worst customer service ever. but there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. Husband is setting up his deer camp. we stopped by early to pick up some needed supplies and order a fridge. NO ONE would help us in appliances. NO ONE.

I waited for 15-20 minutes to get help on a storage system intending to spend $400+. I waited until young woman finished speaking with another customer. She took merchandise to the front while the man working behind the desk remained on his phone. Turning his chair each time a new customer came by. I then called the main# to ask for assistance. Announcement made on intercom to come to my aisle. Still no assistance. I left my cart with other misc. purchases in the aisle. I then went to customer service and waited. No one in line standing with me. No one acknowledged my presence. Another customer buying merchandise approached and was assisted. So disappointed.

The store itself is great, but the customer service is awful I personally had to help a elderly woman trim her wood moulding, she had asked for help from the associates many times before I offered to help. When I personally asked for help from the associates they told me to do it myself and showed me what aisle the saw was on, yet I saw a lot of workers just goofing around w/ each other I also did self check out and it asked for a pin so I asked a worker that was just watching us and his reply was " honesty I don't know how to do that".

Bought a refrigerator and arranged for delivery. Paperwork wasn’t filled out right, employee put wrong address on delivery paperwork. Called to ask about delivery and was told that paperwork was wrong and that they would have to cancel the order and reorder the refrigerator and that it would be two more weeks before delivery. All of this is after waiting for two weeks to being with. Their mistake and they didn’t offer anything to make the situation right.

We bought a $3,000 refrigerator from the Home Depot in Mt pleasant with an agreement that they would remove our old refrigerator. We even moved it to the porch so it would be easier for the delivery guys. The delivery drivers delivered our new refrigerator but did not take the old one. They said they would come back and get it because they needed to add more room on the truck, they never came back!!. My wife called them the next day and was told they would come and get it the following Monday and again they never showed. We have been calling the store and they are ignoring us. We will never buy anything from Home Depot again!!!!!
