Their prices are laughable. All blankets are 15 or more some should be in the trash they have so many things that are priced more than if you bought them new plus never anything great in there and no one is ever at the register

I visited the Goodwill in Mount Pleasant, Texas today. We arrived a couple of hours before closing time and picked up lots of goodies. The store is extremely neat and organized. It had a steady flow of customers and really nice staff members.
There was a weird moment where a woman kept yelling into the back storage area and then called the female staff member who was helping her rude for not immediately leaving the line at the register to assist her. You know KARENS have to be extra Karen at least once a day.
Both staff members were great and it was refreshing to see people at work who seem to enjoy being there, but I have to say that Camilla gets five stars from me for sure!

Been awhile since I had visited this place. The store was fairly clean. They had a large selection of men women's and kids clothing although the men's selection was picked clean of the regular sizes. All that was left in men's clothing was extra large selection. The staff did inform me about the half off pricing according to the tag color. First time I ever knew this store practicing this which was great. Employee was overworked as he had to run the whole store himself and the place was packed with people. He did a great job handling everything very nice guy. I recommend trying this place out, you might give them a call and ask when they put out new merchandise arrivals that's what I used to do.

I have a habit of going over my receipt when I get home. I was so ripped off. I was charged for things I didn't buy. Like a backpack. I bought women's tops and a necklace. Will not go back will not donate to them anymore. I'm done with them!!!!

I really tried to give this new goodwill a shot. Prices are so high! The last comical one I came across was walmart brand(faded glory) mens jeans that were dirty and falling apart priced at 12.99. Just made me laugh and walk right out! You cant test electronics and no returns if something is broken. They tape up and bag up items and dont let you buy it if you inspect it to see if all the parts are there. One time while checking out, their cash registers were broken and the manager said it was my fault because my card was getting declined. She kept belittling the employee who was trying to tell her no we tried multiple cards - its the machine. They finally figured out that the computers were down but it left such a bad taste in my mouth! That poor girl was treated like an idiot and imagine if I was a sensitive customer who was being accused of not having sufficient funds in front of many people. Also cant believe the price of books are 3-5 dollars when you can go to SafeT and Cypress and get them for 0.10 - 0.50 cents! I once overheard an employee get so mad that a couple people wanted to look at a rack that just came out. She kept complaining loudly and being so rude. Those people didnt know they couldnt touch that rack and were very polite and apologized. Maybe try a sign?! If it were me Id be like .. please look! Less work for me to put it out in the store. ? My final thought is that the store smells so strongly of cleaner or some kind of fragrance that it makes my head hurt! ? I just feel that goodwill's model is so poor! They are claiming to be a thrift store without the thrift store approach. And believe me... many many people feel this same way. I feel if things continue on this way that Goodwill will eventually meet its demise. This is across the board!

The prices are way over what I would pay. $30 for a used bath set. $20 for a 2023 calander book?

I’ve shopped here for several years religiously & I will say the current management (Tina & I believe Kelly) have really turned the store around! Everything seems a lot more organized, prices are more reasonable & the rest of the staff is always friendly! I haven’t seen the store in such good shape in a long while!
