“Clean, friendly, knowledgeable support staff. Equipment appears modern and well maintained. Locker room was clean and I felt secure and safe. Swimming pool is outstanding, chemicals maintained extremely well. Hours of operations convenient to early morning and late evening workouts. My health insurance pays the monthly membership thru the Silver Sneaker seniors program, however if they did not pay, I would pay out of my own pocket, it’s worth it. Highly recommend.”

Myself and 14 of my other athletes recently competed in their Piney Woods Games in July and it was well organized, planned and executed. Everyone had a great experience and everything moved smoothly.
