i'll give the store five stars I deal mostly with the pro desk and I have had the opportunity to work with the manager of the store or too, i've had nothing but good experiences with them all around from ordering online ordering in person, deliveries, returns and everything in between, if I ever have an issue with any product there is no other way to ensure to make it right !!! A special thanks to Alaine, she always ensures everything is correct The people in the store are very friendly and are eager to help you find anything unlike the other big box store, keep it at Home Depot, You have a happy customer for life !

I live about 20 miles from this store and come here often. There is an employee in a wheelchair who most often there when I am. He is very knowledgeable and is always so very kind to me and my 91 year old father. My father said he has been there for years and always gives the best service. Our family appreciates him and hope you do, also.

Went in for some wire. I waited 25 mins for help because it's all locked behind cages now and nobody there is actually qualified to help paying customers. Should have received a discount for the inconvenience and lack of trust from home Depot. Good hard working Americans have to deal with the lack of service because employees don't do their jobs. If they had done their jobs people wouldn't be able to steal all the merchandise and cause the rest of us to suffer. Very disappointed in this store. I will go to Lowe's or order online next time. If I order it online it would probably arrive about the same time as one of those orange shirt .people

I had an exposed pipe at my house that would not shut off at the shut off valve. In a huge crisis moment I went to this Home Depot to try to find some fitting to stop the flow of water and was met with two employees who listened to me and went through step by step what I needed to do and what products I would need to not only solve my problem but solve it on the first try. Jim and Ramon.... Thank you guys!!! Home Depot , you are lucky to have two knowledgeable, caring, and professional people in your store!

I am not necessarily sure of how the shopping experience is at this store anymore as I have been going to Lowe’s recently. Nevertheless, under no circumstance, should I have been treated like I was tonight. I went to the store to drop something off for a friend and, well, when they say that they close at 9pm, they by God mean it. I am used to the store closing at 10pm, so I was surprised by the time change, but I walked over to the Pro door to see if I could still catch my friend. Mindy met me at the door and very emphatically yelled at me “WE ARE CLOSING MA’AM!” Yes, I understand that, but that does *NOT* warrant my being yelled at.Like I said, I have not really been to this store a lot recently, but, on average, the last five times I have been there are never any associates to help and Mindy and her bad attitude have been there at least three of those five times. (I had to use the Home Depot app to find items.) I seriously do not understand how that woman is still employed by Home Depot being how rude she is to customers (or potential customers), but I will be calling corporate to report her.

There's an old idea about being customer-friendly: a welcome and if you see me wandering around with a list in my hand, it's safe to ask if I can help you find something. Employees seemed to busy for me. I went elsewhere.

I just ran into lawn and garden to get a pot. The young man that was working the register wasn't overly friendly. He didn't ask if he could help me find anything like most of them do. He acted bored and was leaning on the register in the corner when I got there. I believe he was looking on his phone at whatever.
