I’ve had past work done (repair and cleaning) here on my wife’s engagement ring and recently decided to surprise her by upgrading her diamond on her engagement ring along with a new setting. Hoover’s provided an outstanding 2+ carat lab grown diamond that my wife and I couldn’t be happier about!
