Poor management. Cannot contact anyone locally. All faculty #s route to corporate office, which is useless. If you have an issue it is impossible to get addressed. I do not recommend.

The unit was dirty inside. There are gaps at each end of the pull down door, so when closed there a perfect opening for the mice and insects to get into the unit. I have no DOUBT mice will infest my future and boxes. I hope I'm wrong. Winter is coming. Guess I see REAL SOON.

I was a bit frantic when I first spoke to Michael at Discount Storage as we had been looking for storage for our RV for some time, finding availability scarce. Michael could not have been nicer to talk with, emailing and texting. Also he had a very lovely lady Linda working in the office who understood the angst of needing a place.to store our RV and was calm and reassuring over the phone as well. We had a new RV and wanted to know it was in a safe location. With a gate and cameras, it was. Honest good people, good place! ?
