We couldn't have asked for better service from your paint associate, Heather M. Her knowledge, expertise, and helpful attitude was the best retail experience we have ever had. We bought 11 gallons of paint, which she colored to our choice. When we painted a sample on our project in sunlight, it was too bright red. We called and asked if she could adjust it. She pleasantly welcomed our return to resolve the problem. She skillfully worked to adjust the color, while juggling numerous other customers' requests - a masterful multi-tasker. She knew her product and the tools at her disposal. We were extremely happy with our experience in Heather's hands. 10 thumbs up ?

The BEST customer service I have had in a big box chain hardware store. Every employee went out of their way to help us, especially Navy. Will definitely be back!

Becareful when you are making purchases here that dint show a price sticker. We got charged the wrong item $4699.00 for a mover when the correct price was $3999. We still haven't heard back from them on what the next steps are gor get reimbursed for the extra charge.
Check the item number matches the price!

I recommend installing the app and setting up an account. You receive points with each purchase, and that in turn becomes money to apply to each new purchase.

What a disaster, was supposed to have drywall delivered on Thursday, then Lowes rescheduled it to Friday. The driver called on Friday at lunch and said he would be out with the delivery in about 2 hours, I never saw the driver or got another call. Went to store on Saturday morning and was told it would be delivered Monday morning, Monday still no drywall went to store and was told driver called in sick. Apparently there is no backup driver. Asked when would it be delivered the best estimate was the following Thursday or Friday, however set right there and heard them tell other customers their deliveries would be out sooner. These are deliveries that were purchased after mine, so I guess favoritism is a live and well at the Mt. Pleasant Tx store. I ended up canceling the order and went to the competitor. The sad part is I had to send a crew home two days in a row because Lowes couldn't get it's act together. The crew has since moved on to the next job, so I may never get the drywall hung, again thank you Lowes. P.S. I noticed a sign on the counter at the Pro desk that asked people to treat the associates with respect and no fussing or cussing at them. I just wonder instead of making such a pretty sign did management ever step back and ask why people might be inclined to fuss and cuss?

I shop here all the time. All my accounts for my company go through here also! I love everyone from the managers to the folks at the pro desk. They usually all have what I need in stock. If not than I know they'll order it for me. Delivery is never an issue. Absolutely love this location!
