Woman was working by herself and there was one customer being assisted when we walked in. It took a very long time for us to be assisted. Sales associate was very polite and helpful.

if you switch to this company and get their internet and or tablet or both dont try to switch to another company because they will shut everything off because according to them you have to have a phone service to havw the tablet or wifi. and for the price you pay its not worth it.

Trash service for a phone service located in mount pleasant. Constantly being lagged for data, constantly being unable to use phone or text…. When metro pcs is contacted I always get a generic answer until I reach a supervisor then they want to issue a discount… terrible service won’t recommend for anyone in this area.

The employee didn't want to help us. Didn't acknowledge us at all then when she did acknowledge us we told her the phone we wanted immediately said oh we don't have that phone we probably aren't going to get anymore. Why have a demo if you aren't going to get that phone again? She just didn't want to be working on a Saturday. What a shame. Will go somewhere else. Just might take all 4lines and go else where.

Bad service company. Thier service coverage isnt great at all and customer service is horrible.. I suggest somewhere else would be better.
