I was hopeful they had stepped up the game. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN . Service was terrible, had my equipment a month , they charged for everything they could add to the bill and did not fix anything. Then called me to ask about ordering the parts. It took an hour and half to get them to give me back my equipment. Some things never change ! Oil disposal , charged even for the number of rags they used. If you take anything here to the service shop don’t have any expectation of it being fixed.

These guys are great to deal with and answered all my questions about the different UTVs. Let me drive each unit for hours to help with my decision. The whole process was smooth and they even delivered my new side-by-side to my house because I didn't have a trailer with me at the time of purchase. Fantastic group of people!

This place has gone downhill....we've done business here for several years and have had no major issues. Unfortunately, things change. Ordered some front doors for my Polaris 1000 Crew that didn't have the correct mounting hardware/hinges. Called Momentum and informed them of the problem. I was told that the front doors that I ordered needed the rear door hinges instead of the hinges that were included with the doors. Keep in mind that I ordered the front door kit for my unit from the dealership and now they are telling me that the hardware included won't work on my application. My solution: can you swap the hardware/hinges that came in the kit for the correct hardware for my application so I can install my doors? Their solution: you can spend another $200 to buy more hardware that will make it work, but no we can't swap. At this point I'm fed up and tell them to just give me my money back for the door kit that they said was for my application but obviously was not and they obviously knew about the hinge swap problem. Here's the kicker: 20% restocking fee for a part they told me was for my application and wasn't. I got dinged for 20% ($200) because of their incompetence. This place is falling apart....poor customer service, can't keep technicians, can't work on machines in a timely manner, can't order proper parts, and rob their customers when they bring parts back due to them (dealership) ordering wrong parts. Collin, you lost a loyal customer over a 20% restocking fee. Oh, and here's another funny: the 20% restocking fee was justified by the parts manger, Sam, telling me that by me bringing the kit back she was going to have to try to resell the kit as used instead of new. News alert: you ordered me a kit that would not mount to my unit....it is completely useless to me. Any parts store in America will exchange or refund wrong parts, especially if they were the ones that ordered the wrong part. AVOID MOMENTUM MOTORSPORTS AT ALL COSTS!!!!!Go to Langdon Outdoors in Paris, TX or Texarkana TX......it'll be worth the drive!!

Their website says “call to see what we have in stock”. I called and as soon as I asked what they had in stock I got hung up on… That’s customer service right there.

If you can avoid this place, please do. Why? Imagine buying any brand of car (take your pick), then going to a dealer who tells you they will NOT service your vehicle (which is under warranty) because you did not buy the vehicle from them.Sounds absurd, doesn't it? Hard to believe that ANY dealer would do this, right?Nope. Not Momentum Watersports. When I asked for service on my brand new 2021 Waverunners, their first answer was "We are not providing any warranty service unless we sold the Waverunner to you". Surely this was a mistake. So I asked for the Service Manager, who said he was under no legal obligation to accept any watercraft they had not sold themselves.I even asked about when they could take me. Oh yes, Winter! Yes, you read right...it is August! And they wanted the service to happen in Winter!I called Yamaha and asked them to intervene. Pretty sure not much will happen, so this seemed a fair way to express what is clearly an inappropriate answer and a terrible dealer to carry the Yamaha brand. If you read this Momentum, 1) Hire better servicer managers; 2) Hire more service staff; 3) Do remember that people buy the expensive Yamaha warranty expecting dealers to treat as they should, with respect for the brand and the customer who paid $1000s for it.

My husband called and asked for a part. Jay said that they had it in stock. He drove to Mt. Pleasant -about 20 miles. It was the wrong part. There was a man sitting and listening to the conversation. My husband told the man that he had the wrong part. His response, "It happens. I am not perfect". My husband went back to the counter and asked for the manager. The individual pointed to man who just made the comment. This was the manager!! This man needs some training in dealing with customers. No apology for the wrong part... just a smart remark!!

Great customer service! My bike broke over the summer. I had it in a different shop for repairs but the work never got done. I brought it to Sam at Momentum and told them the story. I said do your own diagnostics then fix it accordingly. They got the issue sorted out quickly and WAY less than the other shop.Hands down I’ll be back to see Sam and her service guys (I can’t remember their names but they’re great!)

Service department lacking. Momentum Motorsports doesn’t have a Yamaha or Seadoo competitor nearby.
