He is efficient, helpful, and kind, going above and beyond for customers. He is informative in explaining a computer's condition and helpful in finding replacements. He fixes both minor and several major issues, making computers work like new again. Customers report being majorly impressed and very pleased with this business.

Rodney IMHO is a genius! When he was done with my computer it was like a brand new one! He was efficient and reasonable. Went above and beyond. I've taken computers to him for years for minor issues, but this time it was several issues and he fixed them all. Color me majorly impressed!
