Dropping off and picking up my deer was very easy. They did a great job processing, too. I will definitely use them again.

Great staff! Cut out a vacio (Argentine cut) and it's not even on the list of items for sale.

never have issues getting a date but last steer was a little sloppy - nothing major just a few mislabeled cuts and forgot to save pork bones recently. overall, though, i like using them and am willing to drive an hour to use them.
