Need additional security measures at the facility such as cameras and restricted access to storage area. One of my climate controlled units was broke into and it had a heavy duty discus lock on it.

We loved the benefits of having a local storage while we moved into our new home. The customer service was great! However, we did have one issue: The unit got wet inside each time it rained. We did purchase the insurance, so we could have filed a claim if anything was damaged beyond repair, and the office provided the information to us. Fortunately, our items were salvagable. We would recommend this place for convenience and price. However, make sure your unit is dry after each heavy rain.

The property manager, Giovani was the most helpful, unselfish, hardworking and professional employee I have worked with. The weather was freezing and my daughter and I were exhausted. Giovani came to our aid by helping unload truck and rearrange our unit. It is rare to find an employee that will go the extra mile like Giovani did. I hope this facility recognizes his value.
