Was going to buy truck from them couldnt make a deal till I walked away then wanted me to buy it for the price I first offered them I told them no thanks to late now. And the worst part is they gave my info for loan to tons of company's I still keep getting letters from loan company's and it's been over a month true scammers for sure

I took my passenger bus in for an oil change/service back in the spring before a big trip. After waiting several hours, the "service advisor" came to tell me that the technician was having problems getting one of the oil filters off. That they needed to call a diesel tech over to try and it "tell me how much it's gonna cost". It's a diesel bus so probably should have used a diesel tech anyway. THEN they came back about another 45 min later to tell me I had a major oil leak. She showed me 2 pictures. One of some oil splatter on some parts under my bus. And another pic of a rather large puddle of oil on the ground under my bus. I was confused. I go outside to where my bus is parked all the time and look on the asphalt and there is ZERO drips or puddles or evidence of ANY leak. So I take those pics and contact the service manager bc I notice the picture of the puddle of oil is BRAND NEW OIL. He back peddles and apologizes and says he doesn't know why they said that was an oil leak but then proceed to give me an almost $400 bill for the oil change and service with removing the filter!

Absolutely worst Ford certified technicians. Dropped my vehicle off in the morning for a scheduled appointment for an issue that everyone and their mom could hear. They kept it all day till I had to call them to get an update at 3:30 mind you, then when I got the update was told technician couldn't recreate the issue. Are you hard of hearing or what, if you actually got in and drove it you could hear it and feel it. Will not be going back to this service department till they get better help that actually want to do there job.

Excellent efficient work, very busy desk area hard for the staff to keep up with phone ringing and one staff trying to take care of customers. Maybe switchboard could assist or take message...? Just a thought

Our best experience was with our salesman Kevin Blunt, he was a pleasure to work with. We thought everything went good with Chris the finance gentleman we were sent to once it was paperwork time and he sounded like he really knew his stuff. Pay more attention to the details on the warranty you buy to make sure it's everything you think it is though. So my husband & I were told if we left off the lot and something happens to the car and we didn't purchase the warranty it wouldn't be covered. But if we did purchase it that ANYTHING would be covered as long as it's within so many miles or years. Well here we are after just making the 1st car payment and a couple things falling apart. I call tell them I bought the warranty and they said bring it in. I bring it in and get a phone call it would be $1,100. I said your saying I have to pay $1,100? He was like yes. I told the service guy that the finance guy Chris sold me a warranty and was told if anything happens it was covered. They said well this isn't covered it's only such and such. I said well we were told anything! He said it's a 3rd party warranty company and someone that works at Elliott is part owner. So I guess it's a win win for the Elliott. Making a cut in it and being part owner and picking and choosing what's covered and what's not. It definitely don't cover ANYTHING like what was sold to us. Service Department was like sorry. I personally think that my issues should have been fixed since we were misinformed and they covered it this time but then tell us if anything after this happens that's not supposed to be covered would be on our expense. That would have been a more professional way of going about it. I was upset of course because I was was expecting my car to get fixed under the warranty. We live and learn.

Wonderful service!!!!!Traveling from Missouri to Texas, had a sensor light come on found the closest dealership and found a jewel!!!! We were told 140$ just to hook up the computer, Darrel spent over an hour checking our truck and fixed us up and did not charge us a thing!!!! So very appreciative!!!!!!!!

I had high hopes for this dealership. They are definitely not high pressure, at least at first. I had my pre- approval in hand and my car pretty much picked before I got there. The salesman was nice and did not put on any pressure until it was time for paperwork. The company I was pre-qualified through balked a little aty self employment. No biggie I know it might take a day or two and some extra work to prove it. Well after talking to management he comes back and says that they are running it through Ford. I had already told them I was waiting on the company that approved us and didn't want to run my credit through anyone else yet. Waited all day and went home empty handed. Ok until my credit monitoring company started pinging that creditors were checking my credit. I texted.my salesman and said they didn't have permission to spread my credit to anyone but the original creditor. He said he didn't but they were the only company we had been to. Jump ahead two days he tried to sell me a cheap Jeep. The next weekend I went to a different lot. And was out with the car I wanted in less than two hours. Today I got 4 letters.from creditors that originated from Elliott. Sadly they are just like every other lot.
