Today we brought our dog of 10 years to be put down, my complaint is on the lady working the front desk on Tuesday, May 10th @ 4:30 PM, Kasey Mccaw! My dad came in visibly upset because our dog was in pain in the vehicle, when he came in, she proceeded to say “i know how men are, what do you need?” in a snooty voice, like that was a comment he needed to hear in that moment. When he walked out the door, the wildest thing came out of your mouth towards my mother, “is he the bullets are cheaper type?” suggesting that my father would rather put a gun to our dogs head than to euthanize him. Just wanted to let you know that you are very unprofessional and that your lack of sympathy and respect is outrageous. If this is the kind of people working for this clinic, stay far away from them.

My dogs highly recommend this place. They have all been very well taken care of and cared for greatly. The whole staff is amazing and takes great pride in everything they do.

We brought out sick dog, who wouldn't have made it another day, in for emergency care and the team did a wonderful job. I called ahead of time to make sure they could see her and dropped her off. They called with regular updates and did an outstanding job treating her. I was impressed that they had a lab onsite, did all the testing, and managed her with top pharmacology and procedures. We are grateful to the whole staff. This is a great team, don't hesitate to bring your animals in for care.

An excellent clinic for cattle. They meet with you, explain the treatment options, and allow you to decide based on facts.

Absolutely amazing urgent care. I brought my 14 yr old esther in after a cat fight and the staff and vets were amazing. Thank you for putting my mind at ease

All they know how to do is run the same tests every time you bring your pet. It doesn't matter if you had already done them days ago. They do them to get your money. And then they don't even know how to give you a diagnosis. My dog almost died and they didn't even know what it was. Thanks to the fact that I started investigating. I was able to give my dog what he needed and GAD is now healthy.

I had to put my favorite cat down. The doctor and her assistants were very sympathetic and genuinely felt my grief. I really had no idea it would hit me as hard as it did. He was my buddy.
