I’m a truck driver and needed a tow service after breaking down on the road. The police called this company to tow my truck. They arrived in about 20 minutes, but after 2–3 hours of working, they still couldn’t even hook up the truck, let alone tow it. In the end, they never towed anything and weren’t able to do the job, yet they still charged $750 and even threatened to block the truck from leaving. They are scammers — be careful. Do not use their services; they can’t provide any real help and will charge you just for showing up.

I just got a newer vehicle and took it on its test drive from Illinois to Texas
Well I leave in Texas or trying to get out of Texas my alternator started going down
I stopped at a place and asked for help and they sent me to Rychlik auto
It was 4 o'clock in the afternoon on a Thursday
I got in there barely under my own power of the vehicle
They come out got the information called in order to get my alternator it showed up
They had the old alternator out put the new alternator in and I was out by 6 PM under my power
Would like to let everyone know how great service and quick service in an emergency situation how well they did
I think it only cost me 350 bucks including a $200 alternator
I would recommend anybody in Mount Pleasant Texas to go see this company
they are fantastic

These guys are great. I needed 3 injectors replaced and my rear diff rebuilt in my excursion. Cheryl kept me up to date on progress and every expense. They were timely, professional and I highly recommend them

$700 to change transmission fluid. After which told ECM failing, car could stop working at any moment and new ($1500) ECM was not programmable. FYI we got ECM and had programmed for less than $200 on line.

If I could give one star I would the owner needs to learn how to talk to a person and not yell they started parting out my truck while I was there getting my things out very unprofessional at least wait to see if I was going to get it out not the same day of the accident owner is all about money not about the customer the policy changed in 2 days that’s weird if you ask me I would not recommend to do any business with them at all

Theses are great people. We broke down just outside of Mt Pleasant Tx about three weeks ago they towed our trailer back to the campground and took our truck to their shop. When we found out the truck would take some time to diagnose they came and got the trailer and stored it at their shop at no charge. Like I said they are great people. Thank you again.

Words can not begin to express the gratitude that my family and I feel for these good people of Rychlik Auto. We were in dire straits and they diagnosed my issue and even towed my family and I back to our home. The entire team made us feel welcome and the level of professionalism is unmatched. And a special Shout out to Mr. Bob, he goes above and beyond. If you want your problem fixed go to these folks they are the experts.

DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY! Well, at least for my fellow AFRICAN AMERICANS! They decided to leave my brother on the side of the road at a random parking lot because they got another call! AFTER THEY HAD BEEN DISPATCHED OVER AN HOUR TO PICK HIM UP AND TOW HIM TO HIS DESTINATION! On top of that, they blocked our number and my brother is left STRANDED OUTSIDE! This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!

I called to get a price on a repair. He gave us a great price. I called back to ask how much it would be to add a service and he said he wasn't going to play this back and forth with me. What???? I just wanted a price before towing our new truck to him. Absolutely broke my heart. He was so nice on the phone yesterday that he almost earned my business. I was speaking with the owner. Don't use this shop. He could flip personalities in a second. Ruined my day and hurt my feelings. So glad I didn't use this shop. Now I see why they had bad reviews.
