I used to go there every two weeks, it’s been a couple years though. Arrived 6 minutes before my appointment. No one acknowledged I ever walked through the door. I waited 21 minutes (15 min past my appointment), still nothing. People act like we should feel obligated to shop local and support small business. Why? Higher prices and unfriendly service. I’m over it.

What can I say about Tom and Element Electrical, other than they are awesome! We purchased a new home in MP and needed some work to finish it out. Tom showed up when he said he would, did the job for what was quoted, was extremely kind and professional. I HIGHLY recommend! For any further work, I will only use Element.
