My expectations of customer service are fairly low these days. When coming in to fax I expected to wait for a while until the correct associate would be found and available to help me.The moment I walked to the fax and copy area Kyran greeted me while helping a customer. She soon confirmed my need and set me up on the fax machine. She let me know what to expect of the process and the cost prior to getting started. While working the fax machine she answered a coworker on the radio that she was helping 3 customers at the moment. She wasn't bragging, just stating facts.The other two customers looked just as relaxed as I felt that my problems were being solved. I let Kyran know I wanted to inform her manager that I haven't experience this level of quality customer experience in a LONG TIME. Her manager wasn't available at the time and I needed to get back to work. I intended to email corporate directly to let them know about the amazing person they have in Mount Pleasant - but the website lacks communication features.So here I am, hoping Kyran's managers and the folks at Staples take notice. AMAZING PERSON. Do what you can to keep her and train her up. She has an amazing future ahead of her in whatever she does.

Very rare if I buy something from here, I’m always in to drop off packages to ship for my online returns but I’m always usually greeted when entering and employees have been friendly.

Please be very careful using your cards at Staples. We purchased a printer and they charged our account four times for a total of almost $1500 over the cost of the printer. Then wanted to do nothing about it and told us we would just have to dispute it with our bank.

They don’t honor their own return policy.Purchased a $300 floor model chair here rather than online to support the local community. 13 days in it stopped working correctly. Day 14 I went in to have it replaced they refused because I got the warranty from a third party. Correct I did. But I don’t want to deal with a third party when I’m there in person and still in the time frame. Again they refused to accept it.Try things out here but then order online. You’ll get better customer service that way apparently.

Printing services. For a place that charges more than the competitors you would think that they would pride themselves on getting things done in a timely manner. They've established a very strict queue, which pushes very fast turnaround jobs into an all day or multi-day wait. I sent in a photo poster print on their website which should have taken 10 minutes to print. They told me it would be ready by 7:30, a full 11 hours after I submitted the order, and the business is now closed for the day with the piece not completed.Unfortunately this is not the first problem I've had with staples. I do a lot of graphic design work and I have clients that go to them because there's not that much of an option for certain services. They have wasted countless man hours sending objects back because they were too dark for their plotter or because of some other request that they demanded for the print. Then I don't think that was fair to my client to have to put forth the money to have me do the extra work to fit these rather ridiculous criteria.So if you need to print done, try any of their competitors first. You're probably going to save some money and definitely going to save some time and headache.

Horrible store!! Rude incompetent people but hey lots of “attitude” to go around!!! Since they sent the printer I ordered AND PAID for back as “abandoned” but did NOT return the $ 162.00 to my account, I have to wonder if there’s a theft or scam problem there?!!Some one has it because it’s not nor has it been returned to my account....... obviously I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. Wish I’ld read the reviews before I walked in :(

In today's uncertain & bizarre times I was thrilled beyond belief to find an office supply store that had an hourly associate who knew how to do their job. This associates name was fittingly "Grace" who actually approached me to offer me real assistance. We ALL know how RARE true customer service is nowadays.Little did this Staples associate know that I had driven to three other office & furniture supply stores in search of an ergonomical office chair before ending up at Staples. So of course by the time I got to Staples I just wanted to get whatever was available. Well I have to say this young lady went above and beyond to make sure I found a sturdy and ergonomical chair. She took the time to demonstrate a variety of chairs even as she handled store business. When I found a suitable chair she not only disinfected the floor model (saved me time, no assembly required) for me she helped me load it into my van all while wearing her mask which I greatly appreciated. She truly made my shopping experience a stress free one for once. Going forward I know to ask for this young lady's help cause she actually tries her best and seems to know alot about the products at that store.
