I used to be a sprint customer, but several years ago, I had to upgrade my phone, because my old phone wasn't 5g compatible. I went here and became a T-Mobile customer, because T-Mobile bought out sprint I think, and got a Google pixel 6 for free, which was nice, and went with the 73 dollar unlimited plan, that was around 2 maybe 3 years ago.I wanted to change my plan, because I don't use my phone that much, but I was told by the employee that they don't have that plan, which makes no sense to me.Then I was told to call this 611 number, was on hold for 50minutes, and gave up, downloaded the T-Mobile app, and still can't figure out how to get a cheaper plan, because there is no option to get cheaper plans, only more expensive 1sIt was a very miserable experience, and I still can't get a cheaper plan.

These people are a disaster. They put my account under my parent's account “by accident” because they’re completely incompetent and now I have to just deal with it. I can't ever access the account now because of it.

Do not come here. Awful service gave us a defective phone passed it off as new. Just take the l and dive an hour to go to a different one.

I was a former T-Mobile customer of ten years, but left to go to Verizon to get better service where I lived and a new phone. After my parents shared their positive experience with switching from Verizon to T-Mobile, my husband and I decided to switch as well. From the time we walked in a month ago until now has been complete hell. First, I asked if we were even eligible for service and the lady launched into setting up a complete account, with SIM cards and everything. My husband was in a hurry to get to work, so we couldn’t understand why everything was taking so long for just a quote. She never explained that she was setting us up for service until she was almost done. Our numbers never ported, so we literally NEVER used the SIM cards. They are still sitting in a drawer in my desk. I was asked to come in the next day to figure out why our numbers wouldn’t transfer. We were told that they wouldn’t transfer and after being told how much we would have to spend on phones, we decided to get the Home Internet box and leave until we could come back with money for the phones. That was today. I go in to start the process of buying new phones and I’m informed that we owe $240. For the SIM cards that we weren’t using. After they couldn’t find my account like at all.In conclusion, don’t use this location unless you absolutely have to. The regular employees are great and overly helpful. The store manager is absolutely awful and has a horrible attitude. I definitely would NOT recommend this location.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! I was charged for Home Internet service that I returned 7 days later because I did not get good reception at my house. The lady who at the store said you owe nothing after I turned it in. NOW I'm being charged for a months worth of service because T- Mobile says she did not turn my phone number off. If this is how you treat people I would never use this service.
