One Star is Just for the Review. I spoke with a Brian Lee who was not very helpful. Between the time I got Brian on the phone, I was asking regular business questions. Instead of answering My questions, He then responds with a question to My question. I politely asked him to could he answer the question of how many units are available, that way I would know how much time I would have to move in without it being limited space available. Brian then responds well I asked because this sounds like telemarketing service asking. I laughed, and asked if he could transfer Me to someone else, who could assist Me. That is when he hung up in My face, and then when I called back, I was sent to voicemail. Poor, Poor Customer Service, and I will make the time to report this matter to BBB. These days I will pay for great Customer Service, especially when Your paying them. I hope He has a better day, yet I require an apology for disrespect.

I think it is a wonderful storage facility. They have regular or heated if you so desire. We always kept our things in the heated units. Very easy to get along with the owner. We finally got our own storage unit here at our house but we used them for 18 years off and on. Stored boats, trailers, RV’s and all kinds of furniture and just about anything you can think of. Place is always very professional kept and very clean at all times. The owner has a crew that keeps everything ship shape all the time. Anyway thanks for reading my review and have a great day. JMO.

Clean, safe, bug free, easy access. The climate controlled rooms are very nice. Prices are in line with other facilities. Locked gate is always accessible if you rent a space. Can have rent auto-paid so you don't have to remember it each month.
