I want to thank Sam Higuera, an Estimator, and all the employees at Titus County Collision Center for the great work they did on my mom's car. Although it took longer than expected, they went the extra mile to make sure everything that needed replacement—like the front bumper, grille, front lamp, and fender—was replaced with brand-new parts. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, and the team was incredibly friendly and easy to work with. My mom is very satisfied with the results, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Highly recommend this shop to anyone needing reliable, quality repairs!

I highly recommend this body shop. The customer service was great and pleasant to work with. When the car was finished, there was no evidence that there had been an accident. I couldn't tell the difference between the newly painted panels and the factory ones. Great work TCC&G!

The people here are amazing! Every single person was so kind and helpful. We were passing through town on the highway when our rear window shattered. We stopped here and they vacuumed all the glass for us and taped it up nicely until we can get it replaced elsewhere. For FREE! They spent a lot of time making sure it was as secure as possible so we would be safe. Thank you all SO much! ❤️
