Although the governor lifted the mask mandate, and per the CDC recommendations, Home Depot corporate office announced fully vaccinated associates and customers don’t have to wear masks, the managers at this particular Home Depot in Mount Pleasant are refusing to allow patrons in the store without masks this week.

I would say worst customer service ever. but there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. Husband is setting up his deer camp. we stopped by early to pick up some needed supplies and order a fridge. NO ONE would help us in appliances. NO ONE.

I waited for 15-20 minutes to get help on a storage system intending to spend $400+. I waited until young woman finished speaking with another customer. She took merchandise to the front while the man working behind the desk remained on his phone. Turning his chair each time a new customer came by. I then called the main# to ask for assistance. Announcement made on intercom to come to my aisle. Still no assistance. I left my cart with other misc. purchases in the aisle. I then went to customer service and waited. No one in line standing with me. No one acknowledged my presence. Another customer buying merchandise approached and was assisted. So disappointed.

Bought a refrigerator and arranged for delivery. Paperwork wasn't filled out right, employee put wrong address on delivery paperwork. Called to ask about delivery and was told that paperwork was wrong and that they would have to cancel the order and reorder the refrigerator and that it would be two more weeks before delivery. All of this is after waiting for two weeks to being with. Their mistake and they didn't offer anything to make the situation right.

Went into the store to purchase carpet. Waited over 30 minutes to get waited on. Realized, after cutting off carpet needed for our closet, we were shorted almost 2 ft of carpet and it wasnt cut straight. We ended up spending another $200 on carpet for our bedroom so it didnt have to be pieced together like a jigsaw & they refused to return it because it had been "altered" Called corporate, just to be told its the stores discretion if they will or will not return an item. Went

Went to Mt. Pleasant 3 times today looking to buy a refrigerator. No one even tried to help me the first two times, and the lady the last time couldn't explain GE pricing. Stainless was higher than white, that I was looking to buy. Lowe's made a $1100.00 sale. Just don't understand lack of personal service.
